This place is always busy in the mornings even if you try to come as early as possible. You're better off coming in the afternoons maybe. Parking is good sometimes it's to full. Just an fyi don't come early lol. I come around 9/930 and still busy. Customer service isn't bad, they don't seem to be frustrated or bored, least the times I came in. read more

Horrible service... Manager Ydorcas (Dora) is the worst manager I have ever had to deal with. She never follows through with any complaints. We are having problems with our mail, we are a business and we receive mail every day and for over a year we have been having problem with our courier not placing the mail in the correct box and being return as no such address, or as vacant, or unable to forward. As a business we had lost a lot of revenue to do our mail being return to sender. I had talked to her over the phone and in person and she has done nothing. We havent receive any mail since Jan 2, 2026. She wont return my calls. read more

This is the only post office that I do business with. the employees are kind and patient.

I've been calling for DAYS about my package since I'm out of the state and no one seems to answer my phone call. I've called a total of 25 times with no answer. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

This is the first USPS I have been to that has a separate area for mail/key pick-up. Usually the P.O. is nice, and cool, but there was no air in the lobby area where we had to wait in a congested line, for over an hour just to get the mail key to our new house. (The long wait, combined with the hot lobby agitated many that had to wait.) The Postal Clerk was very nice, and helpful. I just hope I never need to come back here, and wait for anything again. read more

I can't believe what I just witnessed today. For starters, there's only one person working the counters with more than 50 customers! Are you kidding me?! I got there @ 3:25 pm and left @ 5:30 pm after doors closed. Absolutely ridiculous! The only hardworking person was FERNANDO, which btw is always nice & respectful to everyone no matter what. HE WAS THE REASON I FELT SOMEHOW OK in the midst of the drama. Another major problem there is the Hispanic short woman. Just because she works there it doesn't mean she can go bossing people around. This is the shocking part I witnessed.... After long annoying hours waiting in line once the doors closed after 5, there was an old lady playing a video with low audio. When the short Hispanic employee yelled at the old lady saying to turn off the volume. There was never a "Please" she was so rude to her. In retrospect, the old lady told her to address her with respect but the loud mouth employee kept yelling telling her that it was not a public place, etc. I felt like saying something but we all were so tired & drained from waiting on our feet immobile for so long figured the drama will go away. Minutes later she was on the old lady's tail again. The poor lady became pretty upset this time and told her to shut her Dominican mouth, when all of the sudden another crazy Hispanic man from the line jumped in yelling at the old lady too because he called it "racism." WTH?! If you're Dominican and someone calls you Dominican freaking take it, unless you're ashamed of your own race & background. I signaled him to quit yelling but like a little child he kept yelling. My friend & I felt so bad for the old lady. That scene was uncalled for. I literally had to cover my ears, I couldn't stand the yelling of that quarrelsome man, he kept talking back to the old lady over & over UGHH It didn't feel safe anymore. People like that obnoxious crazy guy and that lousy employee is what's wrong with our once beautiful country. This has never happened to me in another post office worked by professional people, they're always courteous employees These employees can take a lesson or two on cordiality & respect. read more

No one in that place knows anything at all, you ask them a question and all they say is call the 1800 number, this people are so damn lazy, USPS just needs to close down the mail is just horrible they are zero help. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I moved at the beginning of the month and did an address change with my old post office and have received no mail in almost a month. I was told by my apt building to go to this particular office. I tried calling their customer service number for almost an hour until finally getting someone, Maud. She was so rude that I lost my temper and swearing at her. Then she hung up. So I drove to the post office and waited in the customer service line for 10 minutes before asking another person at the counter if anyone was working in the customer service line and he said I had to go out the door to another customer service line. Which was the same lady, mod who refused to help me at first, and I said I would stand there until either. She calls the cops or she helps me finally after waiting another 15 minutes she said that I should have mail in my mailbox. I'm going home now and I'm sure there's no mail. If I could give a -5 star, that's what they deserve and they need somebody who's better at customer service. read more

Used the self-service kiosk and didn't have any problems. If you don't like the kiosk or need to speak to a postal worker there is a standard service counter. There's also a small customer service desk off to the side to answer any specific questions. The place is a bit small and crowded so lines can get long at times. And the initial lobby area that holds the kiosk doesn't have air conditioning. But it gets the job done. read more

We needed a check to arrive in four days or less or we would get charged. We bought twp day priority mail service. We were told it would arrive in two days. Four days later it still had not arrived. We got charged a late fee and interest. We trying to avoid these charges by mailing it 2 day shipping. So now we spent an extra twenty dollars on shipping and we have to pay the late fees anyway. I was just informed that we can't get a refund. Your company advertized and charged us for two days. Your opreater said that a letter going from Florida to California is a long way. That was her excuse. If you can't get it to the destination in two days don't advertize that you can. That is false advertizing. At the very least we should get a redund. I feel like the USPS is a big scam now. I tell everyone I know this story so they go to your competitors. You will never get another dime out of me. Your just as bad as Trump. read more

It does the job... However, I used to live in Kissimmee and this was the USPS store closer to where I lived... I dreaded going here. Customer service was ok, but it gets packed and it's sloooow! Once I discovered the once on Michigan Ave, which is larger and closes later, I stopped coming here unless I'm close and desperate. read more

They're very rude here. Long lines, no signs telling you where to stand for certain things, if you wait 20+ minutes in line and then it turns out you're in the "wrong line" they tell you to get in the "right line" which could be another 20+ minutes of waiting. I was picking up a package and a woman in front of me in line told me to go ahead of her as she was waiting on someone else, so I did, and when I got to the front counter before I could even open my mouth the woman behind the counter yells at me that the woman behind me was first. 80/100 in 2016 challenge Go here is there is not another option. This place is always packed. The lines literally go out the door. The kiosks never have all the supplies necessary to mail whatever you are mailing. The post office itself is fairly small except the side for post office boxes. The trash cans were overflowing when I was there and the credit card/debit machines weren't working. Also the employees are not as nice here as they are in other locations. read more

I didn't think that I could have such a bad experience at a post office, until today. I walked in and there was an extremely long line, which I expected. I stood in line for almost 25 minutes because I had to ship a package (it was too big to fit in the outside mailbox thing). Throughout my time waiting in line, I heard the way the employees here talked to the people and they were being so rude and so nasty. I couldn't believe it. They told the old man in front of me, when it was finally his turn, that he had to go do another line because they couldn't help him with his pick-up. Keep in mind, there is no sign, no arrows, no one guiding you, NOTHING indicating that you need to be doing a different line for pick up/mailing services. When he ask why didn't anyone tell him before he waiting for 20 mins in line, they replied by saying "we're not allowed to". When I get up to the counter, the guy asks me what it is I want to do, I tell him that I wish to mail my package. He then looks at the box and asks where it was being shipped, I told him. He goes and rips off a label, hands it over to me and says: "you need to write on this label where this is being mailed to, address, name, everything, do the line and then come see me again. oh, and I have no pen that you can borrow", then proceeds to scream "NEXT!". I left very, very, very, upset. I didn't mail my package and will be going to another office. I can't believe that this is the way these people behave here. I would expect much better from the United States Postal Service. Very disappointed. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I asked Lourdes a simple question & she ignored me & called for the next person in line. As if Lourdes wasn't bad enough, when I asked for a supervisor, the supervisor was equally incompetent. She told me she was gone for 5 minutes when I had been standing there waiting to be helped for a minimum of 15 with no acknowledgement. I read all the negative reviews about this post office and was surprised. I love this post office. The people that work here have always been friendly and very helpful. If one makes the line and forgot to fill out a form, they let you fill it out then come to the front of the line to complete your order. True, sometimes the line is out the door but it gets knocked down really fast. I've gone to other posts offices in the area and this one is by far the best. read more

You walk in and there is nothing telling you where to go or what to do. Their stamp machine was broken so I had to wait in the long line just to send out one piece of mail. I waited almost 30 min. Behind the counter there was a woman just standing there while her 2 coworkers handled guest after guest. They are the worse especially a worker there named Raul. He didn't give me my recipe and when I went to go get it, I gave them the exact time the amount and date that I was there, the supervisor said she couldn't find anything, I even showed her my bank statement. Raül the clerk then came and said I gave you the recipe and I told him if you did I wouldn't be here. He placed an angry look in his face like if I wasn't there and I told him that I wanted his managers information and he said "okay fine it's whatever I don't care" then I told him that he needs to provide better customer service he then said "what was the total" I told him you need to assist a lot better. Then he said "you don't want to give me your total I'm not helping you" WAIT?? WHAT???? My dude you started a week ago working there and your already acting like the rest of them???? He kept going back and forth with me and his own SUPERVISOR DIDNT EVEN STOP HIM!!! NO RESOLUTION WAS DONE AFTER THEY MADE ME WAIT FOR 40 MINUTES!!!!!! They are TERRIBLE!!!! THEY ARE THE WORSE AND THE FUNNY THING IS THAT THESE IRRESPONSIBLE DISRESPECTFUL RUDE EMPLOYEES ARE STILL WORKING THERE! Don't waste your time!
