After receiving an estimate from my mechanic (a trustworthy, longtime family friend) for roughly forty percent of the price of the vehicle I chose to invoke the MA Lemon Law. I followed all necessary directions per the MASSDOT website and even opted to inform the dealer directly via telephone. I assumed that the dealer would assist me with this transaction. WRONG. After making the initial contact with one of the salespeople my calls were screened and sent directly to voicemail regardless of which of the four phone numbers I called. Then the certified letter of intent necessary to return a vehicle was refused. As a last resort I returned to the lot with the vehicle with the intent to return it. I sat in the lot for for two hours the whole time calling all four numbers. Finally I had a friend meet me there and place a call to the main number. The call was promptly answered and my friend was told to go to the "back office" behind the building when she expressed interest in one of the more expensive cars. Instead I went to the door and upon entering saw a man sitting at a computer and a cluster of video monitors showing the lot I had been waiting in. When I asked why he hadn't answered the phone or come out to see me I was told that he "doesn't really work there" and that he just helps his friend who owns the place. After explaining my situation he expressed sympathy but claimed that he could not do the return because again...he didn't quite work there but that he would have the owner call me later that day. Of course the owner NEVER called. So now that the initial 30 day period for return has lapsed and I have been unable to return the vehicle it is in my lawyers hands. These guys seem nice initially but are ultimately untrustworthy and unethical. Please avoid them.

The only "complaint" I could make and it is not exclusive to Premier is the amount of time it takes to get through the buying process. If GM can figure out a program to shorten the time going through the purchasing process they will have a leg up on the competition. Ask for Bill Buswell. Excellent sales associate as were the others (Greg, David) that we dealt with. I would DEFINITELY recommend Premier to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Towed the camper to Florida and back so the mileage went by quick. Went in this week for what I assumed was my last free oil change (bought truck in October 15). Was told I was "out of warranty oil changes". When I questioned why, service guy said "your beyond you 24,000 mile warranty oil changes". I was at 24,756. He said he can change it for $60. Funny I can change it for far less then that in my driveway. When I began to explain about what we had been told when we bought the truck, his reply "yeah I hear that all the time, it's not true". Great. Thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. He NEVER even tried to make it right. BTW I looked through all my paperwork and see nothing about mileage restrictions on my oil changes. Paperwork states "free oil changes for 2 years from date of signing".

My number one stop for Volvo work…read more I have owned 6 Volvos. The owner John use to work at Seingold Volvo, 766 Broadway, Pawtucket, RI 02861, as a mechanic. When he opened his own shop I was on board. I have been dealing with John over 10 years, and have very few complaints. Pros: Honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and reliable. When you take your car for an estimate John will let you know all your options. He is not the type of mechanic to add a bunch of unneeded work, and extras. Cons: It's just John. You may need to wait a few days to get an appointment, and because of his busy schedule, you may need to purchase parts for the work. I like buying my own parts. It allows me to see what they actually cost, and helps me to know there are no hidden fees. This may be a turn off to some customers. I would recommend getting into a habit of learning what labor, and parts cost. You'll save lots of money in the long run. John works on most makes, and models, but if you are a Volvo owner in the Attleboro area, making friend with John is a must.

He topped off all my fluids, greased fittings for my stabilizer bar links, and vacuumed my car. I was impressed by the service. I've been back several times for jobs more complicated for me to handle, and he's consistently been very fairly priced. I've never left feeling cheated or that he's over charged me.
