If I could give zero stars I would. Our flight came in late so we just wanted to get to the hotel. The night staff was friendly and helpful, got us going fairly quick. We finally got the car which ran super rough and had lights on, it even died on the valet. When we went back the next morning we asked for a manager we were told manager would be in later that day, manager never showed up as to our knowledge or the staff lied. After about twenty minutes of arguing they finally put us in a different car, which the brakes must be almost gone since the car doesn't want to stop and has the most terrible brake squeal. I'm amazed they let people take these un-roadworthy cars on the road!!! Cheap rental does not make up for the terrible cars. If there's any kind of federal inspection for rental cars, they would NOT pass. Even emailed customer service, the message came back undeliverable......wow guys great customer service. I feel like my life is in danger in these cars! If you don't care about living another day go ahead and rent here. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! When we finally returned the car on our third car the staff was pleasant and apologetic for our terrible experience. Didn't entirely make up for our experience. The cars here are junk though I wouldn't recommend this place on account of the owner not taking good enough care of the cars to be trustworthy. read more

Also known as Dream Auto Rentals. Discounted older and dinged rentals. Medium pleasant staff but helpful if they know the answers. Very out of the way location. Airport bus to Transit Center then transfer to a "free" taxi which is much much closer to the airport than the transit center. No deductible gap insurance available here according to the clerk and the don't push their insurance actually questioning why buy theirs when I have private insurance. (That's a new one). Few cars available. Upgraded to the "box" mobile. No phone charging plug outlet in this car. Don't forget your cigarette lighter plug. Overall car seemed pretty well maintained and had actually been repainted but was chipping all over. Perfect. They'll think I'm a local. Welcome to Las Vegas. Not even sure if I should give 1 star. Rented a Chrysler Prowler here for a buddies surprise engagement and the outside was in ok shape, inside damage but it is an older car so I over looked the small issues. Had the attendant take the convertible roof down for me as I was thinking it was powered and couldn't find the button. It was manual and he folded the roof up for me. The roof never went back up and was returned just as we had relieved it. Got an email 3 days later saying there was broken glass and we would be charged $1200 plus and down time that the car couldn't be rented plus any unforeseen charges. Needless to say I replied with dispute and asked for pictures twice. The proceeded to say they would sue me with further legal charges but I never received any pics and no more contact since then. Had to cancel my cc so they didn't try to pull a fast one. Exactly what I needed on day 3 of my holiday. read more

This place was a joke. When we arrived at the "parking lot" because they did not have an office, the car was there, I was floored. It was a 2008 Ford, faded paint, dings everywhere and the radio was stuck on full blast. We would told that someone would be at the "parking lot" to receive the car when our stay was over and to take us to the air port. We called the night before to make sure they would be there are 7:00am like promised and we were told that, that was too early and to leave the car at the hotel and they would pick it up. As to get a shuttle from the hotel to the airport was $36.00 we told them that we wanted it to come off of our bill. They did not want to do that, so we were told to drive it to the short term parking and they would pick it up there. This whole operation was really shady. Will never use them again. read more

Rented a two-toned, pink (not by choice) Scion from this place October 15-20, 2015. While I totally got over the humor of driving in this car and people's reaction to us driving by, what I could not get over was the terrible issues with it which resulted in a break-in due to the car not locking when using the "lock" button on the key. Forgive me for assuming that when you click the lock button that the 4 doors should lock (not only 3) when it goes "beep-beep" but it sure didn't. And when we were in Zion national park of all places, we came back to our car less our GPS which was taken out of the glove box. When we told USAVE about this issue, they said that the door manually locked and therefore it was not their fault. Fine. But if the car wasn't a piece of crap otherwise: driver's side door swung all the way open each time it was opened making knicks on the cars next to it until I figured it out.. it also had a bumper that was half-way off which hit everything coming in its way turning into and out of anyplace with a ramp, the AUX cord outlet being completely ripped out of the center console, the side door plastic piece pulling up every time you opened the window as well as the car revving in "red line" mode three times I turned it on where I thought it was going to blow up, it might be OK. Ooh.. and the car came with no windshield wash fluid. Come on! Stock your cars with some darn windshield wash if you're going to rent it to someone in the desert! All in all, the cheapness of the car is just not worth it. At all. If I had my GPS to take me to another place to rent a car, I would... but unfortunately, I don't have one anymore so I can't. read more

if i could give this place 0 stars i absolutly would!! this place has the worst customer service ever and the front desk people are complete bitches! this car rental plce ruined my las vegas trip at the beginning. they gave me a shitty car, the front desk lady *sonya** hung the phone on me and the place is very unorganized. if you want to fuck up your las vegas trip and get a shitty exspensive car then please get your car from here. i hate this place. this place is a nightmare and i will never go here ever again! they dont give a fuck about you. they just want your money for their shitty rental cars. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL MY CAR RENTAL THEY CHARGED ME A $15 CANCELATION FEE WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME. i had to find out they took $15 away from me when i looked at a bank statement through my bank!
