I filed a complaint regarding an extremely disturbing and unprofessional experience involving my…read more14-year-old daughter at the Walmart store in Griffin, Georgia on May 21, 2026. My daughter was trying on bras in the fitting room area, and due to her age, I needed to assist her in checking fit and coverage. Prior to entering, I explained to the employee working in the area that I had already spoken with someone previously who advised that if there was an issue, management could be contacted. I specifically asked for a manager if she was uncomfortable allowing me to assist my minor daughter. The employee left to supposedly get management, but after waiting an extended period with no manager returning, my daughter and I proceeded into the fitting room area. Shortly afterward, the employee began aggressively banging on the dressing room door demanding that I come out immediately. I informed her that my daughter was undressed and that opening the door at that moment would compromise my daughter's privacy and safety. The employee then argued that my daughter was "not a minor" and did not need my assistance, despite my daughter being only 14 years old. It was not appropriate for this employee to make parenting decisions regarding my child's comfort, privacy, or safety while trying on intimate clothing. The situation escalated further when another woman approached wearing a Walmart vest. When I asked if she was the manager, she later admitted she was actually the employee's mother. I was shocked that a non-manager -- and apparently a family member -- inserted herself into the situation and proceeded to verbally attack me alongside the employee. The younger employee was cursing at me during this interaction. When I requested their names in order to report the incident, both individuals covered their name tags and refused to identify themselves. I was then told to leave the area and informed they were shutting the dressing rooms down. I then went directly to customer service and requested actual management assistance. When the store manager arrived, she informed me she had never been contacted about the situation and had no prior knowledge of what was happening. She apologized and acknowledged the situation was mishandled. She specifically stated that had she been contacted, she would have allowed me to assist my daughter privately and appropriately. She also expressed concern that the employee's mother became involved and escalated the situation. This entire experience was humiliating, intimidating, and upsetting for both myself and my teenage daughter. No parent should have to argue through a fitting room door while trying to protect the privacy of their undressed child. My concerns are as follows: * Failure to properly contact management * Escalation of a situation involving a minor child * Compromising the privacy and dignity of my 14-year-old daughter * Involvement of a non-manager/family member in a customer dispute * Verbal aggression and inappropriate conduct by employees * Refusal by employees to identify themselves when requested At this point, I no longer feel comfortable returning to this location due to how my daughter and I were treated.

It seems like every time I do the clerk gets very sassy and says if you have a problem with your insurance co-pay then you need to take that up with your insurance company. Lastly it's not insurance co-pay I pay online through their app but when they're too busy ordering their lunch on their cell phone texting somebody from their personal cell phone then you can't very well pay attention to what the customers asking. Please someone from Corporate respond I have about 25 different videos of issues with this pharmacist clerks. And as far as they're trying their hardest due to Covid this is been going on for a year, however it's the only pharmacist that carries my medication in town that might explain why they can treat you like crap. Or maybe it's just as simple as because we are white and we just don't fit into the crowd... The price sticker was not placed with a label gun, it was printed at the factory $19.99. The price on the Google search showed CVS $19.99, the price at 2 other CVS showed $19.99. They insisted it was $24.99. I politely disappointed and stated that the price on the box should be the price, not the shelf tag. So they reluctantly relented and then tried to tell me that my 40% off coupon was not valid because they had to modify the price and the coupon was only good for "regular priced merchandise ". I politely stated my case once again. The price was not modified...the price was marked on the box and I should be allowed to use a CVS coupon. They reluctantly relented again and it took them a bit to figure out the 40% discount on a calculator. Then they rang up $11.99. The manager then angrily wrote on my receipt "NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS". I get home put this tree together and the music box doesn't work. I have not returned to the store to swap my tree due to the wording that was placed on my receipt. My wife and I spend many thousands of dollars in medical prescriptions here at this store plus we buy lots cosmetics and toiletries, make photo prints, etc. . I am in this store no less than once per week. I don't think I was treated fairly. CVS needs a lesson in customer service from Chickfila.

After another associate told me I just had to switch over my prescription from Publix and bring my coupon, when it came time to redeem my coupon Betty refuses to honor it because the refill count on my prescription is different than what I've gotten previously so "technically" they cannot honor it. She refused to just scan the coupon and instead really wanted to fight me on it. Congrats Betty on fighting so hard for a corporation that would throw you to the wolves in a heartbeat. I'm taking my prescription back to Publix where they have decent service. Also, had to stand in super long lines for her to just argue with me. Was such a nice welcome as a new customer to Kroger pharmacy.
