I bought a disposable that didn't work and wasn't told you can't return it unless you have checked it before you leave the store. I tried to return it right after opening and was told I couldn't. It was part of a 3 vape promotion. Why would I try all three before leaving? I've never gone to a vape store, purchased a product that turned out to be faulty, and then upon return to rectify get told I'm not able return it. It just doesn't happen. I cannot believe that. Please do NOT waste your time coming here. These are some of the most outrageous prices I have ever seen. The highest in south Florida, even. Vape shops claim to all be about getting people off cigarettes. Not destroying their wallets. That is NOT how the vape community should be functioning. If you're looking for an iStick 50 watt, buy it from Mount Baker Vapor. It's $48 plus shipping if you use their 11% off coupon! You guys are ripping people off - you are part of the reason agencies are wanting (and instances like this - NEEDING) to regulate this industry!! And I don't want to hear about you have overhead costs. So does every other vape shop, like mount bake vapor and VapeNW (they have actual stores too), the difference is they don't like to screw their customers over. To JB - I'm lying? If I could give 0 I would. They started off great. I had been going for years. Than recently it seems like a quick get in get out. They scoff at questions or try to pawn off mods that wasn't what I was looking for. Not even in an upsale sense. (Maybe to just get rid of stock?) The icing on the cake though. I went in to purchase a glass. My cat knocked my stick over. I was not aware certain smok glass had to be ordered through them. They sold me incorrect pieces. When I got back to exchange I was told they don't do refunds only store credit and that those glasses had to be ordered online. But they knowingly sold me them as it was the same guy. And although right now I have store credit I will not be going back, maybe have a friend take it. I found a much better store who is friendly, informative and has a great selection down the damn street. If I was you I wouldn't waste me time here again. But I do suggest Vapor shark. read more

I have to say I was educated very quickly with top notch customer service and learned some things I never knew before. As a shop this place delivers with a wide variety of testing kits, premium liquids and great deals on mods. Further more this place gives you a sense of togetherness per se a welcoming feel. Located near Nova university they provide a discount to students there and the place is always booming with a nice crowd. The shop has video games, music, and they also host events. They recently had a halloween party and at times host car shows in the parking lot. But these guys will negotiate and stand behind the products, which is easier than shipping back and forth from online sellers.
