I have to say I was educated very quickly with top notch customer service and learned some things I never knew before. As a shop this place delivers with a wide variety of testing kits, premium liquids and great deals on mods. Further more this place gives you a sense of togetherness per se a welcoming feel. Located near Nova university they provide a discount to students there and the place is always booming with a nice crowd. The shop has video games, music, and they also host events. They recently had a halloween party and at times host car shows in the parking lot. If I could give 0 I would. They started off great. I had been going for years. Than recently it seems like a quick get in get out. They scoff at questions or try to pawn off mods that wasn't what I was looking for. Not even in an upsale sense. (Maybe to just get rid of stock?) The icing on the cake though. I went in to purchase a glass. My cat knocked my stick over. I was not aware certain smok glass had to be ordered through them. They sold me incorrect pieces. When I got back to exchange I was told they don't do refunds only store credit and that those glasses had to be ordered online. But they knowingly sold me them as it was the same guy. And although right now I have store credit I will not be going back, maybe have a friend take it. I found a much better store who is friendly, informative and has a great selection down the damn street. If I was you I wouldn't waste me time here again. But I do suggest Vapor shark. read more

First of all, to all the complainers, you're the reason why south florida is voted the worst place to live. Everyone wants an arm and a leg when a business is trying to be...well a business. The Review: Where do I start? I randomly saw their sign on University Blvd when I was visiting my girl and decided to make a pit stop. I was greeted by Chenny (pretty sure I spelled it wrong..) who spent 3 hours assisting me. I asked every stupid question in the book to try and break him but he kept his cool and I learned a lot. The staff is amazing, the clouds are real and everything is sealed. I won't lie, as a latino/black man I felt a little out of place but as soon as I pulled out my iPhone and showed them my modded Pokemon application we all became best friends. I now visit there to just hang out and get coils built for me. The Store: Extremely organized, clean, they have tons of juice for you to sample RIGHT ON THE SPOT. Everything is priced competitively and most importantly they do have a price match guarantee. They treat me and my girl with the most respect and I refuse to bring my money anywhere else. Enough seating for you to relax, console games to unwind and plenty of bullshit and gossip to talk about when you walk in. The Staff: They will not force you into a purchase. I've walked in a number of times to tire kick and was not pressured into buying anything. When I was ready, they made sure I was absolutely happy with everything. My only problem is I am bad with names, so I will describe the gentlemen I'm talking about: You got bubba who walks around doing cloud tricks and if you leave your mod on the case, you'll find it locked up and then them screaming hey you're entered into our raffle and you have a chance to win your mod back LOL... There's also a new guy that they just hired that i've mentioned before with the country singer name. Hands down best friend material. You also have the manager that's extremely proud of his staff and I'm trying to hustle a Sigelei off him for the low because I am a cheap ass. I know his prices are great but I'm a natural haggler so why not. The Bottom Line: If you want the best pricing, a great atmosphere and guys you can honestly invite to your wedding (already talked to my girl about it) UVAPE is the place to go.
