Sometimes better lucky than good. After struggling with a my Samsung S22 failing to power up in it's wireless stand, I took it in to uBreakiFix only to find that (two weeks before getting on an international flight) its battery was starting to expand within its case. This pushed the phone far enough way from the charger to fail to charge. After the battery was removed and replaced, I've had no problems with it since. Upon arriving at the store, I mentioned that I had already submitted my details online, thinking it might help. The representative, however, defensively explained that he doesn't check online submissions due to time constraints. He seemed disinterested in customers. When I requested to be added to the repair queue, he flatly denied service. It was clear he didn't care and showed no remorse or professionalism. I really needed a service to fix my iPad. I want to say that I was led to believe that my iPad repair would be 160. However I was charge 90 dollars more. I didn't care for the unexpected difference in price I was charged, I feel like it's because they could charge whatever they want because there is no standard of price laid out. Prices for this business are not upfront online so it's a "we- will - see -how- we -feel - and charge- what-we -like-game, but if I want their service I pay to play. The store hours are not correct online so I had to wait until I had the day off to go in person. Online the times are listed as weekends are open i drove all the way to the store on a weekend just find a door stating the contrary to online listing. I wasted my morning before work to get there. I gave them a 3 stars because they did accomplish the task and they did communicate with me through out the process. Time and money are huge gripe and commodity for a consumer. Honest generous business. I took two game consoles for repair. They determined one was working fine and that problem was a bad HDMI cable. The other was an original Xbox that had acid from capacitors that leaked on motherboard and they suggested it night be better to find a working used Xbox then attempt a repair due to acid damage. However it looks like they hired new employees that aren't experienced. They charge me 210 dollars just to fix a broken screen and when I get home to give my sister her phone half the screen isn't working and the other half is. I left my XBox Series X at a local uBreakiFix in May 2022. It was said to have a rather common issue. It no longer would send a video signal to my TV. The HDMI port was broken. I left it there for repair. At the time I was sold a insurance plan that would also cover a portion of the cost for any repair. I was promised calls to report the progress. I was never called back for any updates. I had to initiate any calls to check on its status. I first found out that it was send to another facility that was better able to handle this repair. After two more calls I found out that it was send to a second facility because he first one couldn't fix it. After two more calls I found out that it was unrepairable but, that is might have been broken and rendered repairable during the repair attempt. Their representative was attempting to deal with "corporate" to see how to compensate me. Today is the second day of December. I just found out that not only was it not fixed, but the XBox was "recycled" because I didn't pick it up after 60 days. But, no one called me and told me that it was available to pick it up. (I've got phone records). AND, sorry, no compensation for their seemly breaking my console. DO NOT GO HERE. I NEVER USE TO SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR "INSURANCE" FOR MY PHONES. AND I'M SORRY THAT I HAVE PAID THEM $200 ($25 PER MO) FOR WHAT i HAVE (OR RATHER WHAT I DON'T HAVE NOW). BTW, I selected 1 star because i couldn't post this with NO star. read more

Great and fast service! I cracked my iPhone 6s the night before Thanksgiving and was distraught. Dropped if off at 11am Black Friday morning and they gave me a call confirming the repair within 30 minutes. They were very direct on the price and I didn't have to pay until I inspected the repair (which was flawless). I've heard of other places that may be cheaper, but you'd run the risk of coming back home with a flimsy screen that ends up popping off/breaking a couple days later. I took my phone in to replace the glass. After paying $270. I received a phone back that does not even work. I chose this vendor because they said they were Samsung Certified.
