On my first trip here I had no issues. They fixed my broken screen in under 2 hours and had my phone running smooth when I got it back. My second, and last visit my phone had another cracked screen. I had to pay an additional $100 to have the back glass fixed also... No problem. Two hours later I get my phone back. It looks good, it works ok. By the next day I have found out that they corrupted my SD card or swapped it out with another card... (it cost me over 12K pics on that card, most were backed up but not all). To top that off the battery, which used to last me almost all day now last about two hours! Not happy. When I called and asked about the card issue I was told I signed for the phone, nothing they can do. I will find another place for phone repair. read more

I had an issue with my Iphone's charging port. I couldn't charge it anymore and I figured the whole charging port needed to be replaced. The tech at this location took one look at my phone, said "it just needs to be cleaned out" and took it to the back. There, he cleaned it for 5 minutes and handed it back to me. "No charge" he said. This is a reputable business that doesn't try to screw anyone over. Most other businesses would charge you an arm and a leg for the cleaning and lie about it being a bigger issue. I needed help with my macbook and a very knowledgable young man named Owen waited on me. He not only looked extensively at my laptop but tried something I had not thought to try and it worked. He took time, was patient with me helped me to understand what he did and why he did it. When he finished I asked how much I owed him and he said "nothing". I guess since he didn't "fix" anything I owed nothing! What a concept, he took his time and was of great assistance to me and "no charge"!!! Please do not go here. I brought a phone I was trading in for an upgrade here (in order to get the full trade in value) and the repair they did was so bad. Thankfully I wasn't keeping the phone so it wasn't something I had to really worry about but it is an absolute shame that I spent $100 to replace a screen that wasn't even put on correctly. If I planned on keeping the phone you best believe I would have 100% fought for a refund. The screen was physically in one piece but the color under the glass was really messed up it looked so bad. Obviously they were aware they botched the repair and felt comfortable charging me $100 for it anyway. Absolutely unacceptable. They were the most reasonable priced around to fix my iPad screen, however when I picked it back up there was more broken on it. They fixed it & made it right, but it should have never been returned to me like it was. They had to keep the tablet for an additional night. read more

I sent my son's Xbox to have the hdmi port fix. A week later after no communication and calling corporate it's finally ready to be picked up to find out the had no hdmi ports in stock so they just took the other port out and moved it over. Brought it home and it doesn't connect to the tv , successfully connected it to a different tv to find out it over heats and the fan spins so loud it shuts off and there are now green Pixels all over the screen whatever that is. So I sent it back and they started it was fixed picked it up and still does the same thing. This Xbox that was just fine and had absolutely no issues its now destroyed by this company and will probably never work again. I called corporate and disputed a claim that has now taken a week and I still have no answers and now my bank statement shows they charged me twice which I had to call my bank and notify them of this. After I all of this and lack of communication and issues I have filled a claim today with the BBB. read more
