Sunday 16 2021, I came back as I had an exceptional experience for the first time. Unlike before, this time it came out worst than before I brought my phone in. My IPhone 7 was destroyed here. I wasn't aware that the 85 dollars screen crack replacement was from 3rd party screen (not apple) not until when my phone was worked on and the 3rd party screen will not cater to touch screen feature. I agreed with the idea since over an hour passed and then I was told to come back before the store closed which was 7 pm. I would not mind waiting nor came back if my phone works the way we had discussed. The shop personnel were courteous in our conversation face to face however what upsets me was not manners but rather being transparent and tell me the truth! I was told if the home screen not working just bring back when I came to pickup. Upon driving home half way I happened to notice that the home button had a crack on it, before midnight the same day, I sent a screenshot of my phone to the store stating that not only that it's not working but also the home button cracks open even more as I tried to press to make it works, it didn't work. I have dependent at home and I just don't have time to be fooled or driving back and forth with no better result. I should have been told when I picked up that there was a crack at the home button after the fix and I should not be the one found out and not just the crack, after the fix my phone didn't function. And while I'm typing this report, there is no skin left on the phone button but just inner metal. At this moment very likely that I have to buy a new phone. Though the shop personnel offers to fix further, then my credibility of UBreakIFIX had been vanished. Upon googling I found out that other users on the internet faced the same issue. Iphone 7 will not work with 3rd party screen home button. So my dear fellow consumers, if you have issue with screen crack on your iPhone 7, go to Apple Store and have it fix there. A minute, Apple knows you have 3rd party screen on your iPhone, they won't fix your phone. Learn from my expensive mistake. I asked the store to refund my money and NO, I won't return! read more

I dropped off my old, unused Xbox One and was promised it will be ready in 2 day. After 5 days No update whatsoever. I had to go the first time to check in on my device which was not ready yet. I called another 5 days later just to be told that the part they need to "test" if it was another issue causing the malfunction but the part is in back order. Not considerate at all of people's time. I brought my Ps4 here to fix my hdmi port and they fixed it and gave it back to me within a reasonable time frame. Sounds good right? WRONG. i had it for one day and on the second day it stopped working completely. took it back to the same location and they said they didn't have anyone to fix a ps4 and i had to drive it to another location. THIS LOCATION FIXED MY PS4 ON MONDAY AND ON TUESDAY SAID I NEEDED TO DRIVE 25 mins to their other location only for them to tell me my motherboard was ruined. i said how is this possible when i picked it up yesterday and they said it was not their problem and that i must have broke it.
