I smashed my screen on my Samsung S24 ultra & I took it here and they replaced the screen 6/1/24. While vacation the phone got wet with rain and the screen went off, but everything still worked. Today I took the phone in to make a warranty claim, I was pretty upset because I had to replace the phone on vacation for $1,650 dollars (I pre-orderedphone for $1,200). The manager explained to me since they replaced the screen the phone is no longer water resistant, therefore the claim was denied. No one had ever informed me of this verbally when I had the phone repaired, furthermore the receipt, which has warranty details is completely illegible. What an absolute RIPOFF this store and company are. They quoted me about $500 to change the screen on an IPhone 16. I went to a store downtown Houston and was able to get both the screen and the charging port done for $130. They had all the newest equipment and tools at their disposal. Im so glad I took a 10 mile drive downtown Houston and received a much better deal. This place is complete garbage! They are unprofessional and a waste of time! My son dropped off his phone yesterday for a simple screen repair. We were called 30 minutes later saying the phone was available for pickup. We went back today to pick it up and was told that first they tried to do a warranty repair but could not although is was not supposed to be a google warranty repair. Obviously they were trying to get paid on both ends. Then they said the phone was international and they couldn't get the system to accept the service in order to check us out. So after sitting there for an hour and 15 minutes, they removed the new screen and put the old screen back in order for us to leave with the phone. This whole experience is ridiculous and no one should wasn't their time using this location. If I could give this review with 0 stars, I would. read more

We dropped off our PS4 and paid $160 because it wasn't turning on. We had to keep calling to ask if it was ready and it took months for it to be fixed. Finally after, they told us that it is able to turn back on and off. 2 days after, we came back in because our PS4 wasn't turning on still after they told us it was fixed. They never called us after 2 more months we had to keep reaching to ask if it was ready AGAIN. They kept saying that it's going to be checked on by a technician after weeks, and that they waiting for the new part to come in. We had to keep calling even after weeks to ask if it was fixed or if they were updates. It is now March i dropped off my PS4 in October. They told me that now there is yellow liquid and bugs in my PS4 and that they can't fix anything and the $160 I paid initially is basically for no reason and they can't give a refund. Why was I told NOW, that there is liquid after months when the last update I had was "they're ordering and waiting a new part". I'm paying for a service where there was no communication regarding liquid being in my PS4 the first time it was dropped off. Additionally the manager speaks to his customers with no understanding of this frustration and no solution to this concern. All he repeats is "yes" when i say so the $160 was towards nothing? I paid $160 and still received my PS4 back broken. I'm highly disappointed and hurt from how this place decided to take care of this matter. I am a person that values and work hard for the money I put out. My HP laptop used to turn on but stuck on the HP logo screen. I brought it here for diagnosis. They told me it was the battery problem? I highly doubted but let them do what they can. Two weeks later, after putting 2 different new batteries in, it still didn't work. They asked if I have the password for Bitlocker so they could diagnose further, which is just an excuse for saying that they don't know what they doing! I don't have any passcode! If i could give this place -100 stars i would and I'm not even one to leave reviews online. I brought my PS4 pro here on 2/15/2022 because it's not reading discs but still takes disc and able to eject it as well. They tell me they'll diagnose for free and give me a call to tell me what the issue is, cool. Days later they tell me it's the disc drive and if i wanted to proceed with repair for $150 or not and that the part will take 3-5 business days to come in. I said yes proceed. It's been days i haven't heard from them so i give them a call to ask for an update, they tell me their part came in defective so they'll order another one and that it takes another 3-5 business days, i said sure that's fine. Waiting for an update, again i have to call and ask because they never call, second part came in oh guess what BROKEN AGAIN. They asked if i wanted to order a third time i said sure maybe third time hopefully it'll work. Again never got any calls from them i was the one who had to keep calling for updates. Third time they tell me the disc drive ended up not being the issue and that it could be the motherboard, that part i understand, but at this point it has been almost A MONTH of bunch of excuses and i decided to just pick it up 3/8/22. Also my console came back with scratches on it that were not there before and with some missing screws on the back. This place has been very unprofessional never gave me updates and had me wait a whole month just for nothing at all to be fixed. Their excuse is that their mail man isn't careful with their parts when they come in which i call bs. Who knows where this places is ordering their parts from also. I'm more upset that they never gave me update calls and that not until the THIRD time ordering the part they decided to "expedite" the shipping, shouldn't they have done that since the first inconvenience? And the third time around the woman on the phone kept telling me "no this is only the second time ordering it" no it was not otherwise how the hell has it been nearly a month? Also i hooked up my ps4 and before taking it to them it would still take the disc and also eject it, now after them having it, the disc got stuck inside, who knows what else they did to it...SMH. I wouldn't recommend this place at all or at least not for gaming consoles, I called Sony and they said they will repair it no matter what the issue is for $150 (its no longer under warranty). Was at T mobile store across the street trading in my old iPhone X and realized my battery was swollen. Called ubreak, they checked to see if the battery (OEM) was available, and quoted me a very reasonable price of $119 tax included. I dropped off the phone for 2 hours, no appointment, and it was done! Actually went to the Apple store first, and told 1 hour wait just to be seen. Then a possible "diagnostic" charge to see if it's just battery and they might not fix. Hah! I bet the answer from Apple will be that we can't replace the battery and you need to replace the phone. Still experiencing same issue i went back to store and was told it was a new problem, battery. Originally told it was motherboard and charging port. Tech advised battery must be ordered and I would be contacted to bring S20 Ultra back when battery received. I am still waiting on call to bring phone back 2 weeks and counting. Bad experience. We did an insurance claim and this company was sent out. The kid sent to do the repair could not do the repair "because his manager did not scan the parts into inventory." Instead of rescheduling once the manager did his job, the kid said he had to cancel and we would need to call and make a new insurance claim with our carrier.
