Ubreakifix is awesome I had no clue what was wrong with my PC and I told them that, I could not get it to turn on. They called me later that afternoon and said when they tried it there was no problem with it for them, they even tried a few things it and had no problem, they suggested I try a new power cord and charged me nothing. They could have totally taken advantage of me and said they needed to fix something but didn't. I will gladly recommend them to anyone. My parents brought my phone there to fix a broken screen and there were no issues. Fast forward a few weeks later, and the screen has issues. Did not drop it. Did not get water on it. Did not sit on it (They told my parents that it was the result of impact, but I know for a fact it wasn't considering it was working in the morning one day and didn't an hour later for no reason). My parents asked about the warranty (listed as a 1 year warranty), and told them that it isn't covered and expected me to pay for a new screen when I did not a thing wrong. Brought my iPhone XS here to possibly be salvaged after a little dip in the ocean (after 2 weeks of letting it dry out), and although I was originally quoted $80 from the transit location, I do like that if they can't fix it, they won't charge you, so you really have nothing to lose. I had a $10 off coupon that they honored and Cody was very knowledgeable about the devices and prompt with timing- as he told me it would be ready on Wednesday and it was and was able to be fixed! I needed an emergency Screen fix for my phone. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted, the tech assessed the problem and tried to get me on my way as fast as possible. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had. They have an extremely thorough way to make sure your device that you leave makes it back to your hands without any screw ups. The entire experience was positive. Their Covid procedures also seemed very stringent. I actually give 4.5 Stars. The only deduct is that they are a tad pricier than previous repair shops. read more

I dropped my phone accidentally and the screen popped out and the volume buttons wouldn't work. I dropped off my phone and came back the next day and it was 99% fixed! The microphone port does not work the rest does and I don't really use the microphone I mostly use speakerphone. The employee that fixed my phone said if you want that fixed I'd be another $100. So I gotta see how much that bothers me. Maybe just leave it or get it fixed. Overall satisfied with the repairs. They saved me some money and headaches. read more
