I just had the back glass repaired, but they reset my entire phone and I lost everything. That was really careless.

Drove 30 minutes to pick up my phone because they couldn't fix and they closed early with no update to the website or store hours.

I went in looking to have my grandfather's phone checked out and I was helped by Anthony, who was very honest, helpful and generous. I know many repair shops (phone, car, or otherwise) have bad reputations of ripping people off, but truly I could tell that Anthony was a good guy and wanted to help me the best he could. My daughter's iPhone had a cracked back casing. We went to fix it. They said that it was $300, which is more than the phone was worth. However, if we got a protection plan with Asturion they would discount it to $120. They also said the plan would discount future phone repairs and repairs to other electronics. That seemed like a great deal for a family with kids with phones, so I took it. Well, somehow the new back casing cracked after two weeks and I called to order the part and initiate the repair process. But then, they told me that Asturion's plan does not cover phones. I am furious that they lied to me just to sell me a product. Also, I tried to cancel the protection plan and they said I had to call Asturion directly. Lastly, I asked if they can find out who sold me the plan, and they Said they didn't have that information. I doubt it. I'm sure that transaction is well detailed in their system. Do not go to this store. They lure customers by lying to them. read more

I was so pleased with the help and service from Jay at UBreakiFix! I brought in my phone because the screen was cracked in 5 places, and having the insurance with Asurion made it so incredibly easy! I made the appointment, came in, and within an hour or so, my phone was ready. It really is easy and stress free. Having never cracked a screen before, I was worried that it would be this terrible process or something, but Jay really was awesome, and friendly and put my mind at ease! Based on my experience, only use these guys as a last-ditch effort. They will charge you a $59.99 "Troubleshooting Fee" just to look into your phone. They took the loss on ordering a part but, would not guarantee any work done on my phone. 2.5 stars read more

I wish I could recommend this place as we had a good experience at another uBreakiFix a few years ago, but I can't. I pulled up last night at 6:20 and they were closed; their normal business hours are until 7 PM, but there was an adjusted scheduled posted that said 6 PM. An employee walked out and locked the store as we were parked in front. Clearly, I was not there during their posted business hours, so I noted the time that it opened today which was 11 AM, and arrived at 11:30 AM. No one was there and a sign was posted saying that it was temporarily closed. The adjusted hours sign was still here. I called the number posted on the door and that seemed to be a corporate number. The woman who helped me called the store and was not able to reach anyone. She also asked me if I had an appointment. Nowhere is it posted that service is by appointment only. This just seems really unprofessional and I will not be back. If you decided to use this business, call ahead so that your time is not completely wasted. read more

Brought an iPad that was working fine other than not charging properly. Was told it would take 2-3 days. Had to go back in to check on it due to lack of communication on the repair. They had tried to repair but thought the part might be faulty and ordered another one. Heard nothing for another 3 days and called again to check. Was told it should be able to be done by end of day. When they called me they said it was unrepairable and likely something with the motherboard. When I went to pick it up they showed it was charged enough to turn on but now there were touch screen issues and "ghost touching". This wasn't happening before I brought it in.. so make of that what you will... The employees I spoke with were kind but I don't have a great deal of confidence taking items there in the future. read more

Worst experience I have ever had when visiting a phone repair shop. I was denied a warranty repair. When I asked to provide me with some kind of documentary evidence of the words of the employee or some rules or descriptions on the Internet - they didn't give me anything, they just denied the warranty. Worst service in USA. My phone was repaired in another place during 20 minutes !!! Never trust them. read more

NEVER EVER trust these people to touch anything. AT&T sent me here. Said it would be 'easy' to fix my IPhone screen. Instead they are rude and tried to scam me to pay more than I should have. There are many complaints against this company I now come to find (too late to help me but want to help you). I literally think they are running some sort of scam here. They to be able to fix all type of devices. RUN do not walk away from this place. read more

Fantastic service on my Xbox. Were able to quickly diagnose my issue. Communication was also fantastic.

Employee arrived at appointment time for a cracked glass repair on my iphone, so I had to wait outside as he opened the store. Check in process was tedious and information came out in a drip-drip fashion as opposed to upfront. 4 hour repair time as opposed to the 1-2 hours advertised as he was the only one working and there was a person behind me. Also, oddly and not advertised, in the middle of the lengthy check in process I was asked for my passcode so they could do diagnostics. Apparently, they run this AFTER the repair presumably to tell you what else you may need not to verify the repair that they are initally doing. Regardless, a bit concerning when Apple does not request this for their glass repairs, nor has any other place I have previously used for this repair. Employee was a robot and just kept repeating the same thing over and over again when I raised concerns so increased not minimized frustrations. Can't comment on the repair itself as it was not done. read more
