    Had a good experience with Joe in the past. Recently came into the store. Joe is a good man and tried to help again. He is a great employee and this review has nothing to do with him personally. I can tell he cares about providing customers with excellent service but his hands are tied by Att. If you have an issue with ATT and you go to a retail store you will hear crickets. In the past ATT would go out of their way to waive upgrade fees, negotiate bill issues, or do things so that the customer feels listened to. Att should replace their store and employees with vending machines. All they do is sell products now, they will not provide customer service. Employees cannot give credits, make changes or do much about anything. But they can sell you a new phone, make you a SIM card, or Sign you up for services. My phone service has been messed up for years and I have tried to get a resolution. My phone was shut off without any warning, yesterday, and I could not even dial *611. My multiple lines were turned off, and with everything going on this could have been life threatening. I have tried answering surveys from att, contacting att cares on twitter, going to retail stores, calling *611, etc. I could not make a payment over the phone, I had to personally go into the store, which had been closed due to Covid. ATT is not the same company it used to be. They only care about the bottom line and not helping customers. Try to ask for a credit, they will say they cannot do it. Ask for a store Manager, they will not have that info. Ask for a general manager, they will not provide a number. Ask for a district manager they will tell you they don't have that info, but they come by randomly. Ask them to leave your concern in the notes, they will say they are not supposed to leave notes because they can be misconstrued. Show them a large payment from your credit card on your banks app (not just a screenshot) they cannot confirm it in their system. Ask them about previous years bills, well you have a different account number we can't see 2019. Ask them about how att cares said they will not shut off service to people effected by Covid-19, they will tell you that that program is no longer offered. Have an issue, spend a long time on calls with their employees, mostly out of state or country, who are unable to do anything because corporate will not allow it. Att is great until you have an issue. Then it becomes pass the buck until the customer gives up or switches cell phone service. I don't need a store employee saying we will look into this, we care, etc. or responding to this message to make it look like they are helpful. Ask them to adjust the bill, waive a fee, ask for a store manager, district manager, general manager, or help you with an issue with your account and leave an honest review here like I did. PS, check out how they have the same amount of 4 star reviews as they do with 1 star. Also virtually all of the 5 star reviews are left my people with only one review... P.S look at the response from ATT. Likely an automated reply, there is no name for "Store manager". Not even a first name. How can we believe they don't have a first name?

    Poor service Man!

    Crappy service!!!!! I walked in to get a new sim at 3:22. No one greeted me for an appointment. Then 15 mins later another kid walked in. Guess who got served!! Still not greeted. As of this I'm still waiting. So during my wait kid is bullshiting about going to school Can some send him to school for customer management 3:38pm A guy just walked out!! I need to get this SIM card traveling. Now 4:06 got service Wth

    I have posted twice about being removed ny police for trying to get a credit i was owed. I was…read moreremoved by police for simply trying to get my credit. When I find the most ironic is that I get an automatic reply from a Verizon bot saying that they're actively investigating the issue. Which is a complete and utter lie. They do nothing to follow up. It amazes me that these empty promises somehow make me feel that I should be rest assured quite the contrary, and I'm sure I'll get a automated response from this email further exemplifying the BS behind this company. That's all I got to say for now.

    I urge corporate to do a full investigation on this retail location. It is very poorly run. I was…read morescheduled to pickup my brand new iPhone today and was told I would be notified in the app when it was ready for pickup. The app never updated and when I tried calling I was routed to an offshore call center. I decided to head into the store later in the day despite the phone note being marked ready. A manager immediately said he would go back and grab it upon my arrival. He came back about 10 minutes later, asked to see my ID, then handed me a bag. Before walking out the door, I reached into the bag to check the box. To my dismay, I was given a tainted box that had been tampered with. There was a sticker that appeared to have been removed from the box, leaving multiple indents and marks as well as a dent in the upper corner. I was very concerned the phone had already been used. When shelling out $1100 for a brand new iPhone, I expect a pristine box. This is where the manager decided to lie and humiliate me in front of about 15 bystanders. He claimed I already took possession of the device, and my only option was to return it, in which case I would forfeit the promotion I had used and he said I would not be able to obtain one for 2 months as they are not available. All I was asking for was a new iPhone as anyone would expect. I was met with negativity and rudeness from someone who claimed he was a manager. When I said I was going to call my lawyer to check, he changed his tune and said he can call another store. Please know you will be intimidated and harassed in this retail location.
