The two comments from 2019 are unreasonable and contain false claims; in fact they demonstrate the patience and integrity of the 2U folks with a person who is clearly unreasonable and poorly informed. They should be removed. (In addition the one from "Abigail" shows every sign of being a fake, probably planted by the other writer.)
