Definitely DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE!! Asurion charged me $430 for an original screen repair another $180 for a battery! I went and asked for a new battery and screen and was quoted $300 for both original parts. One week later, I see my phone glitching and screen, jumping and noticed that it was not an original part. They wanted me to pay an extra $400. As of now a new iPhone 11 Pro doesn't even cost $500. I've had 25 iPhones over the years and this is the only place that thinks they're better than everyone else that they can charge whatever they want for original parts. There are no prices even listed on the Internet or in person so they can charge whatever they want any time to whoever they want. Unfortunately for them, it's not how business works in the real world. If you're in the area, I suggest Drive to the Fox Run Mall or any other iPhone repair and replace your parts. It will likely cost you way less than $150.. I also believe if you want your iPhone pictures and private information protected you would stay clear of this place for good. Even though there was a wait to get seen, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, willing to explain problems and solutions so even someone not an expert( like myself) could understand what was going on. My iPhone was not pulling up my email and I had tried a couple of fixes recommended by Google with no luck. The assistant was able to get results almost instantly, to my great relief. This is the second time I have been to this location, and have been quite pleased with the service provided. Definitely a place to recommend! read more

Horrible. I brought my son's PS5 in for a repair. They told me they would run a diagnostic test. They called 2 days later said it was done, and it was 290$. I never received a call explaining what was going to be done and how much it would cost. I mean..you bring your car in for a diagnostic test, they call let you know what the problem is then ask if you'd like to proceed. Bad business model. I'll never go there again. read more

I highly recommend Asurion in Portland. I brought my phone in and the Asurion team did everything they could to fix my phone and stayed in touch throughout the process. My phone was beyond repair, but I left feeling confident that it really was time for a new phone. Next time my toddler throws my phone down the stairs, I'll bring it to Asurion to be assessed and repaired. read more

10/23/2021 I don't mention the other location because they are at least professional..... stay away from Seabrook, NH I had work done at another Ubreakifix location. The work was faulty. I took the phone to the Seabrook,NH location because it was closer to my residence. I explained the situation to Robert and was assured it would be a simple fix, most likely a loose connection. They took my phone for a couple hours and half way through Tyler, I'm assuming some type of manager, called me about where I had work done. Once they figured out that my phone was covered under the Ubreakifix warranty and that their franchise wouldn't make money off me they stopped working on it and sent me out the door. The reasoning they gave was they had to "special order screws" for an iPhone (LOL) and that my phone could only be fixed at another location. I asked them to at least let the other location know that they were referring me there and explain what needed to be done so the other location could order the screws (LOL) and avoid another wasted trip. Bought my wife a new Pixel 7 pro on Tuesday, went on vacation Thursday, dropped the phone on the screen Saturday... Not a fun vacation. I called around for prices for replacement and everyone wanted to use aftermarket parts except here, yet everyone wanted about the same price to repair the phone. These guys were $10 cheaper, used OEM parts, and returned the phone back to the same waterproof state, which other places wouldn't insure. Great experience. Took less than 2 hours. read more

Stay away from this and specially the home plus that they offer you. They told me to get a home plus and after a month your the cost of fixing your ipads will be less. So after a month i went back with my two broken IPads. They said you have to open a claim, I called and was on the phone for 30 mon to open a claim. The person in the store told me he can't find the claim. I called again an another 15 min on the phone i got a response that they have to review your claim and it has be be approved. Not a single person mentioned the claim, delaying, approving a claim or other. The person who sold me the home plus in the store said i am sorry you have to call again. Long story short, i lost my money to buy home plus, i lost 1 hour on the phone with home plus, and still two broken IPads.
