Friendly and fast! Problem solved same day and ready when promised! Appreciate the hard work!

This is not the usual location I visit and I won't be coming back. I dropped off a couple things for repair, signed up for their subscription and left. A PS2, Apple TV, & iPad in their care. A week goes by and nobody calls. I call to ask for updates and they have no good news for me. They haven't figured out the problem for any of the stuff I brought in and were still troubleshooting. They tell me the next set of tests they're gonna run and we hang up. 3-4 weeks go by and I get no phone calls, texts, or emails. I go in person to ask what's going on and the guy helping me barely spoke above a whisper so I could barely even understand what he was saying. He goes to the back and grabs my items and to my surprise not a single one got fixed. They're ALL STILL BROKEN. He mentions motherboard damage then nothing else. This guy tells me to file a claim since nothing was fixed, but I'm still mad about this experience! I have been to UbreakiFix before and I had good experiences even when they couldn't help me. The guys here just couldn't care less and weren't transparent about the status of my things! Don't waste your time coming here. read more

Horrible customer service and scam. They never were able to fix my console and when I asked for a refund for their stupid subscription, they decided to keep me on the subscription and secretly charge me for it for months. Do NOT go here. read more

I've avoided device repair business in the past because it always seemed like it would cost about the same to just buy a new device then to fix my existing one. I had a good experience at this location. Nobody is ever happy to walk through the doors of this business due to it being a tech issue. It has almost always been a cracked screen for me, but this time it was the charger port. All of the staff was extremely friendly and very communicative about what was wrong with my phone and explained everything along the way. I had another issue with my phone as well and they helped me resolve that problem too. I was impressed with all of the workers there and how late they were willing to work in order for me to get my phone back the same day. read more

Super grateful for this staff, I went in bc my charging port wasn't working, I asked about replacing the part got a quote ($180 always happens when you pay off your phone). I was sticker shocked but the young lady behind the counter said why don't I just try to clean it out and see if that helps! It did, which was great news! To be honest, the integrity of just cleaning a charging port when they could have just replaced it really spoke volumes to a place I could trust to bring all of our household electronics here! 10/10 would recommend! read more

I unexpectedly had to buy a battery for my Samsung Galaxy S10. I made a reluctant appointment with Verizon thinking I had no choice but to go to them for assistance...which always ends up with me being frustrated. I went up to get the back of a fairly new phone replaced.. I was told that the fine when I left (they do a system check on it.). . it would be ready about 4 hours.?? When I go back they tell me that the port to charge it is broken and it would be another $99.99 dollars.. i freaked.. I told them to put it back together and I would take it... they told me to come back in about 1 more hour and they would give it back to me like i brought it in... What a waste of my time... This is the second time I've visited this location and, once again, I'm blown away at their service and honesty. I had been struggling to fix my sons iPod and in about 30 seconds, the nice guy fixed it AND refused to take money. this is the second time they refused to take money for fixing something!!! read more

I went in late, at closing, due to a cracked screen. I didn't realize that it was past their closing time. They fixed my phone anyway and stayed open another 30 minutes to help me. Not only that, they were smiling and cheerful the whole time. Great store! read more

Easy and quick repair of a broken iPhone XR screen. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had broken my iPhone screen, I went to Verizon and it was going to cost me $1500 to replace my phone. There was no way I was going to pay that, so I thought I will try out this UBREAKIFIX and I am so happy that I did. You are immediately greeted from the back when the door opens and I saw that repeatedly with customers coming in while I waited for my phone to be fixed. They gave me two options for my screen replacement choice, which was very nice to have those options. I had broken the back of my iPhone and took it in here for repair. Both the manager and the girl with glasses were nice and the phone looks brand new after it was done, fantastic job. They even changed out the camera for me and even put a screen protector on me, great service and great friendly people. Highly recommend! read more

Way too expensive! They wanted almost $300 to replace a screen on my iPhone. They weren't even friendly on the phone!

I was told my ps4 needed a prong for the disk drive and needed to wait 2 weeks. So 3 weeks go by and no call so I call and they tell me they don't have a work order. So I come into the store and they tell me it will Take two days three days later we check on the PlayStation and they tell us it's ready. So we come into the store and they tell us 30 more minutes one hour goes by and they tell us that it cannot be fixed because it was missing a key part for it to work. But the ps4 was bought brand new and worked fine till The disk drive stopped working. they were working on it and they just now tell us that it was not fixable and tell us we need to contact Sony or go somewhere else. This place will not have my business again read more

They diagnosed a computer. It was "dead" as we suspected. They backed up the data and removed the hard drive for us. Price=very reasonable. While I was there, I asked about my phone battery. They were willing to price match the manufacturer's store and saved me time and a trip to another location. The battery was replaced in 30 minutes. This is the second time we've used them.
