It's a breath of fresh air to not worry that this office is going to try to steal from us. I let them know that tooth #9 was loose, and I was happy to find out that I qualified for a bridge. That was definitely a positive. However, things started to feel overwhelming once we discussed the full treatment plan. I was told I needed a deep cleaning, and that it would be broken into two separate appointments -- one side costing around $400 and the other around $500 the following week, even with insurance. I also wasn't aware ahead of time that I would be charged for the X-rays, which I wish had been communicated more clearly before proceeding. I had hoped I would at least receive a regular cleaning that day, but that wasn't offered. By the end of the visit, I felt financially stressed and unprepared for the total costs being presented. The office itself is professional and clean, and the staff was polite. However, I would strongly recommend asking for a full cost breakdown upfront before agreeing to treatment.
