What a genuinely terrible facility and company overall. Zero accountability over there for the process of getting imaging authorized by insurance. I'm waiting on a time sensitive surgery and the Rolling Oaks/Radnet has done nothing but delay it even further, to the point that my surgery had to be postponed. This is genuinely rising to the level of negligence on their part, which is quite scary considering they are some version of a healthcare provider. When Radnet needed a clinic note from my doctor, they called the wrong number three times and allegedly left voicemails on it. Then, instead of reaching out to me and confirming they were calling the right number for a publicly listed Cedar Sinai doctor whose direct office number is the first thing that comes up on Google when you type his name in, they just did nothing for two business weeks until I called in yet again to see what in the world was going on... What kind of medical provider doesn't reach out to the patient when there is an issue like that? They literally just gave up on getting my imaging approved yet when I called they said they were still "processing" the imaging order. You can't even make this level of medical negligence up. Want to call someone at Radnet/Rolling Oaks and talk about your authorization/scheduling issue? Great, get ready to have a conversation with someone in the Philippines who has literally zero ability to do anything other than data entry on a computer. Rolling Oaks has outsourced basically every single phone operation outside of the country. Don't believe me? Give them a call and listen to the boiler room in the background. Then be prepared to be transferred to two or three other people within the company, all of whom can't do anything either and it's actually, conveniently, someone else's responsibility... I've used the company in general and this specific facility for years. I will genuinely never use them again for anything going forward. They have delayed my surgery, cost me hours and hours on the phone and left me worse off after all of it. Truly impressively bad on all fronts. I guess it shouldn't be that surprising given their one star yelp rating but I personally have never had this experience with them on the administrative side before this particular exam. On another note, I've never waited less than 1.5 hours for an MRI from them which is absolutely crazy compared to other facilities I've been to. They're local to me and it used to be more convenient than driving to LA but from now on that is what I will be doing. I generally bring my laptop to continue working when I have used this facility in the past but either way, waiting one and a half to two hours for pre-rescheduled imaging is about as unprofessional as it gets. People wait weeks, even months for these appointments and are obviously in pain when they need this type of imaging yet Rolling Oaks wants them to sit in a waiting room for hours after their scheduled appointment time, makes zero sense. This place is a great illustration of how little these types of businesses actually care about patients, even though they are ironically owned exclusively by doctors. I've attached a picture showing just a few of the calls made so far to get an MRI approved that was submitted by my doctor nearly 1.5 months ago. I've spent literally hours on the phone with Radnet/Rolling Oaks to no avail, gotten bad information from them numerous times and have ended up getting turned around right back to them by my doctor's office and insurance company...because Rolling Oaks/Radnet is actually the place that messed up getting these orders processed. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else besides Rolling Oaks/Radnet for your imaging needs. I promise you will be better off. ***EDIT: After poking a round a bit more in their reviews, this company is literally using paid/fake Google reviews in an attempt to repair their reputation. Other users mentioned it and AI software flagged their Google reviews as "extremely suspicious" immediately when I entered the inforeview. This is actually insane and seems extremely unethical. More pictures attached!***

It's refreshing to find a doctor who not only knows what he's doing, but also takes the time to care about his patients and help them through the entire process. The technicians have always been very nice, explain what they are doing and are very gentle. They have all been very pleasant in engaging in small talk to take my mind off the stress. A few months ago I had my first ever breast imaging, performed here. I had a breast ultrasound and a 3D Mammogram. They were gentle and kind and told me what to expect before they performed the scans. After the scans they had me wait while the doctor reviewed my images. She came out and explained to me what they found and all was well. An important bit of information I was given is to try to always go to the same facility each year, or make sure you have copies of your images sent to a the next facility you use. This is important so they can compare any charges against the previous year. They did this with my uterine ultrasounds as well.

Wow! Way to discourage women from getting mammograms - this is what Rolling Oaks is all about!…read more My doctor sent me to Rolling Oaks for a mammogram and a DEXA. I called to make an appointment and they called me back. 15 minutes on the phone, the woman on the line had me take a picture and text it to her of the doctor's note - ok done. Then my ID and insurance card photos - alright this is a bit much to do to make an appointment, but ok, done. The day before my visit I get an email (which is asking for my photo ID, My insurance and my doctor's note again. I was in the middle of a deposition downtown and could not reply. There is nothing new in the email - they are simply attempting to get you to upgrade your mammogram. The appointment was made for today and I showed up to the place listed on the back of my report (415 Haaland I think, I have been here several times before.) Nope - we have changed locations and you need to drive to Hillcrest, do not worry I will call them and let them know you are on the way. I get there at 10:29 and the woman behind the counter says we may not be able to get you in because you needed to check in at 10:20. I explained that it would be nice if they let the doctor's know of the change in location and that someone had just called from the other Rolling Oaks. Nope no call had been made. She hands me paperwork and I say nope - not unless you can see me. Anyway I did fill it out and I was seen. The staff is nice but this is a money making machine. It is like this every single time I go and I am two years late because I do not want to deal with the hoops they make you jump through. It is gonna be another 2 years if anyone tries to send me back here. I will not go again. - WE WORK - do not make us spend 30 minutes on the phone and on line and then make us come in early for an appointment. - If you need someone to show up at a certain time MAKE THAT THE APPOINTMENT TIME. Three women were turned away because they did not arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment. (Let's just hope they are OK. - If WOMEN'S HEALTH is your priority do a better job.

I didn't have much money at the time, and they could've easily turned me away--but they didn't. Instead, they treated me with kindness, respect, and gave me a very reasonable price for my MRI. I was referred to them by my doctor and he had nothing but amazing things to say about them. My doctor said it's his favorite radiology lab because they're perfectionists and they always give him their 100% with the X-rays they take and the details they provide. It turns out he was right. When I first called, I spoke to Jessica. She was so helpful, sweet, efficient, and easy to communicate with. She sent me the link of the form to fill out online and gave me an appointment with no hassle and without having to be on the phone for too long. The form was so easy to fill out, and I was also able to upload my ID, insurance, and other information on the form so that they had everything they needed prior to my visit. I wish all offices did this prior to you showing up in the office and having to fill out a bunch of paperwork there, even before Covid. It just seems much more reasonable and organized, and it also saves so much waiting time. When I showed up, Jessica greeted me with a smile and told me it will only take a few minutes. All staff members were wearing masks and they had hand sanitizers everywhere and proper signage. It was perfect. In just a few minutes, Bianca called me in to take my X-rays. She was so sweet, super gentle, and efficient. The whole process of going, waiting, and having the X-rays taken took less than 15 minutes. I was so impressed and happy with my experience. I highly recommend this lab!
