I am proud to have the opportunity of graduating at UEI. I have learned more knowledge on auto technology in the year of attending school than what I have gained in all my life , when it comes to automotive technology I had a great experience with all the tools, hands on training with a far more advanced approach to world cars. The instructors are amazing! Applying for Tacoma UEI College has been one of my best decisions yet! As someone who's only been attending for a few months, I can say with full confidence that this short lived program (which I believe is about 10 months long?) will definitely leave a mark on my heart. The atmosphere is amazing! The staff are awesome! But most importantly my instructor (Mercedez Castro!) Is one of the sweetest and most hilarious teachers I've ever had. She makes everyone feel welcomed and genuinely pushes all of us students to be/do our best. My review is mainly for an instructor that stepped in when our class was going through a transition of losing our instructor Mr. Lee to everyone struggling through that time. Instructor Mawi Moore stepped in as our morning instructor and helped us the best way she can towards the end of our module. She already had an afternoon class but as a student @ the time I reached out to her due to not having an instructor for majority our lab days. That's how we knew she cared about her students & want them to succeed. Wish I had more time with her in her morning class. I'm in my last Module in the MA program and I'm sad that it's coming to an end. I was scared to start becuse I wasn't sure how I would do and I had a lot going on in my life but I still decided to join and I'm glad I did. I got the best teacher Ms. Keeley. She made all of us feel welcomed. She helped us strive to reach our goals. Ms. Keeley is an exceptional teacher who truly goes over and beyond for her students. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at UEI College - Tacoma, specifically in the Medical Billing and Insurance Coding program (MBIC). Starting a new career path is intimidating, but my instructor, Mrs. MaWilma Moore, made all the difference. I loved my experience at UEI College in Tacoma. I finished even though it was a few months later I still kept on going. I had an amazing instructor and full of support from staff. Either way, I would always recommend this school to any of my friends or family because I enjoyed my time there. I also loved the hours I chose to do night classes. It is a hybrid schedule, and you have to give 110% to school. Because if you go in halfway in then you will not succeed. You have a great school to continue your education. Check them out! read more

I love the programs that they have here, the staff are excellent and I had such a great introduction into the program. I'm currently enrolled in Mrs. Wilson's Medical Assisting class and she supports me so well that I love coming to class every day.
