I signed up for this gym on a Thursday and was charged $50.99 for a new membership. During the signup process, I was also sold additional personal training sessions for four weeks. After I left, I realized I had never been sent copies of anything I signed, but I wasn't immediately concerned because my first training session was scheduled for Friday at 12 PM. Then, at 11:27 AM on Friday--less than an hour before my scheduled session--I received a text saying my training appointment was canceled and asking me to reschedule. I asked if I could come in Saturday instead, but I was told I had to wait until Monday. At that point, I brought up the fact that I had never received any of my membership or training documents. I was told they would send them, but they didn't. I reached out again the following day, and they eventually discovered that they had entered my email address incorrectly when I signed up. Apparently, that was why I never received anything. The problem is, no one ever showed me the information to confirm that my email address was correct when I signed up, and even after I provided the correct email address, they still failed to properly update it and send me the documents. At this point, I asked to cancel my membership and receive a refund. My first training session had already been canceled, I had never received the documents I was supposed to receive, and the entire experience had already become frustrating and inconvenient. I was told I could cancel, but I could not receive a refund because of a three-day cancellation clause. How exactly was I supposed to know about a three-day clause when I was never provided the documents explaining the terms of my membership? Even after I corrected my email address, they still did not send me the documents. I then called and spoke with a cancellation manager named Brianna Olsen. She told me that a general manager would assist me or that she would escalate the situation. After that, I was essentially ignored for days. I had asked to cancel my membership at least FOUR times, and despite all of this, they charged my card AGAIN after I had already repeatedly requested cancellation. I was also told that a general manager would contact me. No one did. Then, yesterday, I received an email from the general manager asking if I was interested in discounted training sessions. I explained the entire situation and everything that had happened. His only response was, in all capital letters, "YOUR MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN CANCELED." That was it. This is honestly the worst gym and company experience I have ever had. The communication is terrible, the organization is terrible, and getting a simple cancellation handled has been unnecessarily difficult. I also work somewhere where I come into contact with a lot of people who are members of this gym, and I have heard similar complaints. What's even more concerning is that one of their own trainers has told me they are experiencing problems because they are losing students due to the gym not operating properly. Honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I've had with a company. I was charged a late fee for being only 3 days late on my annual fee, yet I never received a single email reminder, warning, or courtesy notice beforehand, even though I had interacted with them several times leading up to it. What really makes this upsetting is the timing. During those same few days, my card had been stolen and I was attending a funeral for a loved one. I was already dealing with enough emotionally and financially, and instead of showing even a little understanding or compassion over a 3-day delay, they immediately added extra charges. It's hard to support a business that treats customers like numbers instead of human beings. A little empathy and communication would have gone a long way. read more

FELT LIKE A SCAM I signed up for a membership in October 2025 after being contacted by an employee named Jack Suggs, who offered a "fight night" promotion. The deal was 18 months for the price of 12, with full payment required upfront. It sounded like a great offer, so I agreed and paid in full. Right after the call, I received the membership agreement by email--but it only showed 12 months, not 18 as promised. I immediately tried to call Jack, but couldn't reach him. When he responded the next day via text, he said the manager at the time, Chris Ortega, would take care of it. He explained that the extra 6 months wouldn't appear on the contract because it was a special promotion, but assured me it would be added. I trusted that explanation. About 6 months later, another employee approached me about a new promotion. I declined, assuming I still had plenty of time left on my membership. That's when I was told my contract was only for 12 months. By then, both Jack and Chris were no longer with the gym. I spoke with the current manager, who told me he could only honor what was written in the contract and couldn't do anything about what was promised by previous staff. While I understand his position, it doesn't change the fact that I paid based on a deal that was never honored. Overall, this experience felt misleading and disappointing. Ran poorly and wonder why its problematic. Basketball court is poorly maintained, hoops are on a hydraulic system that has failed. General manager said that ufc doesn't care about the basketball gym, that its a problem, and will be closing soon. Basketball gyms do have occasional issues, but definitely not the core issue. Ive yet to hear lifetime shutting their basketball gyms down because of riff raff. Again I'm not sure this gym would pass a real inspection. Things have changed in the gym lately. the staff at the front desk are great but the trainers and floor staff are very unfriendly. It would be greatly appreciated if we could get the restrooms urinal and toilets fix. The loud blaring music is really distracting to dedicated workouts. I have noticed that 3/4 of the members that are working out are wearing earbuds or full ear cover but the gym still cranks up the music. This place has gone haywire since hiring specific people... Those specific people continue to be favored over more certified and qualified people. So there's no wonder why this gym is completely suffering and going downhill since then.... So many original members are hanging on by a thread. If we want anything done we have to contact HR and complain with emails and pictures it's perplexing to say the least with the prices we dish out here at this gym..... You even have current coaches and staff encouraging others to go train at other gyms and facilities..... Sauna is absolutely disgusting it was so bad and never cleaned I actually ended buying my own personal one for home! We used to have super fun fight nights on Saturday evening with vendors and food trucks out front. Great family environment, alot of activities for the kids, the elderly, and all the other members.. now it's so black and white.. it's feels like an episode of the twilight zone.... Even the jiu-jitsu program is a mess and id highly recommend trying a different jiu-jitsu gym before coming here and hurting yourself.... This place writes down your credit card information and stores it in an unsecured filing cabinet. One of the employees stole my information and tried to buy a kitchen at Home Depot and some other items at Bed Bath and Beyond. The guy who signed me up did it. He told me flat out he was remodeling his house. I only use credit rarely so when I saw they wanted to write my information down for the membership, I used a specific card. Sure enough that happened. Now, they want to act like they don't know how to remedy the situation. I have an 860 credit score and these thieves want me to pay for their mistakes. Not going to happen. Next step is punitive relief. It's always some sales pitch and the GM is about as worthless as it gets. These are the people the UFC claims to be proud of. They are not professional. The general stupid person IN CHARGE, is combative and not clear on future reoccurring charges. Real loud, and does not let you speak. Hey Chris! Hopefully you can read this since all my complaints in person aren't being taken seriously by you or your front desk staff. #1. The loud crackling speaker in the group x room, even when the mic is off. Hard to deal with even when the music is on loud. Impossible in yoga. #2. The non working mic in group X and the supposedly new mic that was ordered months ago still hasn't arrived. Order one from Amazon! #3. Mirrors in group x haven't been cleaned in weeks, maybe months. Also floors are dirty too. Where is your janitorial staff? #4. No toilet seat covers in the bathroom for over a week. No lock on stall #2 for over a year. Maintenance sign on stall #4 for just as long. Soap is always out. #5 No sanitizer or paper towels are always out. Excuse is shipment hasn't arrived. You can go to Costco Business center and buy! No membership? Go to Smart and Final. Also Tahia (who doesn't even live in the state of Nevada) threatening to cancel classes or fire instructors if members don't get these tickets at front desk when we check in---bc they just decided to take away our guest privileges that we had when we signed up. Pool is closed indefinitely bc they are too cheap to hire lifeguards (new health dept rules, but other gyms have pools open and lifeguards). Broken equipment always parked in front of group x door for days on end. Watch videos of the cracking speaker sound and tell me that's how you like to run your gym. You gave us all these promises when you first started here. Nothing has gotten better, in fact it's worse. The only thing that hasn't happened again is the blood drives during our class times. I don't think my complaints are asking too much. These are basic necessities at any gym. The instructors are the reason why we stay-- Preston, Sonia, Suzanne, Keisha, Annalise. They've added a giant boxing ring into the middle of the gym, cramming all the leg machines into a small area that creates a cluster of people if you need to get paper towels or anything to clean your machine. Late fees are $25... You will not receive a courtesy letter, an email or any correspondence to update billing information. Instead you will be slapped with the late charge fee. Managers are not able to waive/reverse the charge either. I spoke with member specialist Jack, he was not compassionate or costumer service oriented. Instead he blamed it on me, stating I should have known better to give them a call. Other gyms will send a courtesy letter or phone call reminding you to update information. The late fees will not be nearly as close to $25 either. Due to the inconvenience I requested to cancel the membership. Jack stated only a manager can do that. It was a hassle to get a hold of the manager. It was nearly impossible to cancel the membership. I did multiple trips and phone calls to finally get a hold of him. When i finally got a hold of Chris the manager he was understanding and had a much better approach versus the front staff. Regardless, this establishment left me a sour taste. A lot has changed since my last review, and I'm happy to say UFC FIT Centennial has made major improvements. After initially being frustrated with the gym's management and cleanliness, I had the chance to talk to Chris, the GM, and he took my concerns seriously. Since then, I've noticed real changes--the gym is cleaner, better maintained, and overall improving, and it seems like corporate is finally paying closer attention to this location. The biggest reason I've stayed? Mauricio Baker, my fitness coach. He's been an absolute game-changer in my training and is now helping me prepare for my first sanctioned boxing match on March 22nd at the Luxor. His coaching, guidance, and dedication to my progress have made all the difference, and I can't recommend him enough for anyone serious about fitness or combat sports. Most importantly, the staff here is committed to helping members reach their fitness goals at a reasonable price. While there's still room for improvement, the effort is there, and the gym is heading in the right direction. Came to this gym for the first time, it was decent! The manager, Spencer, gave me a tour; he seemed personable and seemed to care about my goals. He recommended some plans, monthly and/or with a trainer. So pricey. 8 sessions with trainer + discounted monthly fee was $900 ish 12 sessions with trainer + discounted monthly fee was more than $1000. Etc That doesn't include the massage rooms, cryotherapy etc. As nice as Spencer was, he was pushing me to sign up even before I got to working out and try the gym. The gym is so small, it's the size of any EOS. Of course, they have rooms like a basketball court, boxing etc, but it gets so crowded. There's no women's sauna, so it's all in a small room. There was a line to get in on a Tuesday evening. The dumbbell section is so, so small. There's maybe 5 benches, spread apart. I didnt come back because there's not much room there. I usually go on weights and dumbbells, so I just went back to my original gym. Try it out if you need a trainer, I guess? read more

This is by far my favorite gym. I like how it's centered around UFC so they have MMA related classes. Kickboxing and boxing has really tapped a certain emotion for me allowing me to expel energy in a way I haven't experienced before. I'm a total MMA noob and I just love how friendly everyone is with teaching me different things. When I first started going here I got a personal trainer and he was fabulous. His name is Torren, but he did get a different job somewhere else sessions with him. My only complaint is the music is very loud to the point I can't hear my own music. I did ask the front desk to turn it down a little and they did for me which was really nice! They usually have the music up pretty high for the HIIIT class because it takes place in the gym area to the back right. If you get a chance to take a kickboxing or boxing class I'd say do it because it is a absolute great workout. Also the best thing about this gym is that they do not have a contract. Literally trying to leave EOS was like trying to sign your life away because it was impossible to break that contract without paying stupid money. All the equipment is new here and there's not that many people so there's a nice rotation on equipment. read more

The gym was pretty decent as a user, now that I've moved out of state where there is no longer an option to use, the issue lies in the professionalism of the GM, Eric. Eric (general manager) was brought my direction by luck of the draw that he was the only one who could answer the phone in the moment. I say this confidently because I left multiple messages with very polite Staff to contact for a couple days and he hadn't. I had a "Champion" membership that was paid in full for 2 years. I had asked to cancel in August of 2023 with the former GM, Alyson, and while she was much kinder and responsive than Eric, it wasn't accomplished. Luckily the request was sent via email with my contact number below and she called relatively quickly. The option was given to transfer to family member and I considered and asked around and no one lived close enough to make it worth it, so I called her back with the sole intention of cancellation. Eric, her replacement GM after departure, this whole time has been rudely skeptical despite email proof, unresponsive after multiple continued attempts of contact, all for an absurd inability to resolve a matter at the gym he is positioned to run. I can't think of a worse manager I can point out as it leaves a poor taste in the mouth of his customers as well as puts his employees in an awkward place when I've had to talk to the same revolving customer service reps at his location who all keep taking my info down over and over for someone who clearly is disinterested in his job. That's a terrible "servant leader," and I hope he is re-evaluated by someone above him soon. All this over cancelling a count that was pre-paid for 2 years. Save the headache and find another gym. It's been over a week since maybe my 10-12th message I left for him and still no returned call or cc'd email as he promised in the one and only time he honored me with his voice. read more

UFC Fit markets themselves as being more premium than an EOS and Planet Fitness, but it's noticeable that they're being cheap. I've been going to this gym for over two years now, and the amenities are reducing. They close their basketball court and sauna often. They no longer offer towels, do not restock paper towels, soap dispensers, or toilet paper in restrooms, or replace handles for cable machines that no longer have the grip on it. The second stall in the women's restroom hasn't had a new lock on it for months, so all stalls aren't even usable. The couple of things that I can appreciate is that it's not crazy packed during peak hours compared to other commercial gyms and the front desk staff is friendly. Stumbled on this place when I was here for work and we needed a sauna that was open late night. I am in the fight business and we had a fighter that needed to cut some water weight. I was very impressed with the facility. So much so that on my next visit to Las Vegas, i came in and paid for a day pass to work out. Loved the place, people were friendly, members included. Machines and equipment nicely spaced and not all crammed on each other. Also had a heavy bag room which i liked. Will definitely be back during my work trips to Las Vegas. read more

This Tan Gent back with another tangent, focusing on where I get my fitness on, and that's at UFC FIT Centennial. The overall atmosphere and vibe of this place is top notch. Upon moving to Vegas a few years ago, we tried a couple other budget friendly gyms that were about the same size and may have offered similar things workout wise. However, the feel and sense of encouragement you get here is different but in the most positive way. It's a place where me, my wife and especially my son can all go to workout in a variety different ways. From the big warehouse like space, filled with a plethora of workout machines, the HIIT classes, the MMA styled workout classes, the youth classes, group exercise classes, outdoor workout area, pool, sauna even a basketball court, there's so many things for everyone. They even have monthly events that have built such a great community for a gym, this place is truly one of a kind. They have the best staff as well, ask for Chris when you come in he's definitely a GM that cares. With all that said, everyone should come train different at UFC FIT. read more

Locker rooms are absolutely immaculate as the rest of the gym. The recovery room is a treat( for extra). All UFC pay per-view fights are free to watch at the gym. There are all levels of folks that go there from the beginner to the extreme levels of work outs. Would give 0 stars if I could, signed my 12 year old up for boxing and was told he was bigger and should do adult for $79.99. I was charged $89.99. I was assured there was no other extra or hidden fees and I could cancel at anytime. They also said my husband could use the gym as he had the bring a friend option with his membership and he's a minor who can't use the equipment. None of that was true my husband was told we had the cheap 59$ plan despite being charged 89$ so he couldn't work out, the instructors left my son sitting there never showed up to teach the classes listed and nobody bothered to even tell him. Then they charged me an extra 59$ on top of the monthly fee so they could buy better equipment is what she said lol even though I specifically asked this when signing up and was assured there was never an extra charge. Customer service is terrible Brianna told me she couldn't refund the money they essentially stole because this is the first time hearing it. The UFC Centennial Gym in Las Vegas has gone downhill over the past year!!! They're trying to bring in new members at a lower membership fee, and not add any additional equipment. The gym is in a constant state of disrepair, and the clientele has also taken a hit. One member jumps rope in the middle of the gym while taking up 3 exercise stations. The gym only has 4 racks and most of the time they are being used for hip thrusts while Instagramming or SnapChatting on their phones. Also, there is a constant change in personnel due to the high turnover rate. My Wife and I will be going to EOS ASAP. read more
