Nice little place for intimate classes of around 10 people. There are plenty of bags usually one person on each side of the bag. The teachers are nice and keep you pumped up. They played decent music. Nothing too heavy nothing too crazy. I just joined with my daughter. Both of us are really enjoying it. The classes are about 45 minutes just enough to get you pumped up and get your heart moving. First class is $20 to try it out and after that, you can pay monthly fee to get as many classes as you want. I recommend as many classes as you want. It's in a Shopping center, so plenty of parking. The parking lot is well lit and there's an Albertson's right there in case you need to pick up some thing that take home for dinner. read more

I've been coming to Sin City Krav Maga for about 4 years. Brock, Camillia & Gemma are awesome trainers. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking to learn how to defend yourself. The trainers are very kind, respectful, patient and pretty bad ass. You'll definitely gain the confidence for the normal world. The best thing about this place is that it has this family feel. Every one I've met or partnered with is kind and respectful. They created a new belt system and it actually feels great to earn strips or working to get the next belt. Weather you want to lose weight, train to protect yourself while staying active and healthy, I HIGHLY recommend this place! Like I said... I highly recommend their 6 week challenge Camille and Brock really know what they are doing! They give you an easy to follow meal plan. So you are more focused on what you can have not what you can't! The kickboxing classes are killer for all levels. Everyone in class is super helpful. If you are looking for a change and the motivation they will hand it to you ! You just have to fallow through with the work and eating clean !! I felt completely different just in the second week. I am very impressed with Sin City Krav Maga. I have been to several schools throughout my life, and most of them have a structure of something like 30 minutes of warming up / 15-20 minutes of training in the art / 10 minute cool down. SCKM focuses and maximizes the training time in Krav Maga! After a brief warm-up, you are diving into hitting the bags, technique, and working with a partner for most of the class! The best part is, the class is very adaptable for all skill levels and fitness levels. The full-body workout and cardio that comes with 45-50 minutes of sparring are incredible, and you feel like you are walking away learning something new each time. Check it out! read more

SCKM is an incredible gym with a beautiful new location. New gym, new mats, new bags. The instructor, Brock Inman is a 2nd degree black belt in Krav Maga from USKMA, a 2nd degree black belt in taekwondo (I hope I got that right.), also a practitioner and affiliate of Erik Paulson's CSW (Combat Submission Wrestling.) The training from Krav Maga and Combatives to CSW are all legit. With an excellent group of training partners of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. There's even a youth CSW class. This is one of my favorite places to spend any spare time I have. I absolutely recommend SCKM. read more

I have no clue where to start. There's just very many things wrong with this place. I tried to like it, it was just never there. This is more so for their "kids camp". I enrolled my son for their summer camp and it was a waste of $1500 for the entire summer. While my son was enrolled in summer camp, apparently I get a deal with their Krav Maga class for kids. Instead of paying $150 a month, I get to pay $75 because my son is enrolled in the camp. Yippee! Thank you so much for the deal! -eyeroll- Then comes charges for everything. You want your kid to do nunchuck class? Sure, $35. You want them to go to the next level belt? That's $40! Like wtf! I've never been to any type of martial arts class, if that's what you even label Krav Maga, where they are charging to be the next rank for KIDS! And not only that, but even if you signed up for their members only class, they give you a nice little silver star sticker. Ohhh yay! You basically pay $35 for a sticker. Great! Sign me up for more of your crappy offers. On top of that, they don't even go past a front kick and side kick. That's all my son learned for 2 months. And to top if off, they change the schedules, when they feel like it. The class originally started at 4:30PM they one day Brock wanted to change it to 5PM. For what? To arrive home later and watch the same mundane crap even longer with you now? If you are filthy rich and plan to not get anything worthwhile, by all means sign up here! This will be my first week at SCKM and so far it has been an outstanding experience! Class sizes are small so you get the attention you need to improve, the classes are challenging and fun. I was concerned that I wouldn't get a good cardio workout, but I was wrong. I was attending Crossfit before I joined this class and I wanted the same intensity, and it was. Plus I am learning a new skill I may or may not have to use in life. The staff is friendly, the studio is clean and organized, the prices are fairly standard for the area, and the other attendees are friendly. I highly recommend this gym if it is something your looking for. read more

Brock and Camille are energetic and you can tell they really care about their students both young and old. Brock has a good command of the lessons and keeps the pace going that time goes by so fast. SO let's be honest... I came in because it said FREE! :) I stayed because they create an incentive... which sometimes one needs. I completed the six week challenge... and signed up to continue as a student because this place, the instructors (Brock and Camilla) and all of the students are AWESOME. I really can't say enough good things all the way around. If you are like me and NOT a jogger, biker, swimmer or gym "class" type... this is the S#!T. you get your cardio in, you get your upper/lower body workouts in... and you get to kick the $#!+ out of people :)... And trust me as one who had to run for the door a couple times... IT IS INTENSE (really tho.. as intense as YOU want to make it). After starting too crazy i learned to back off a bit and pace myself... by the end i was doing two classes a day AND LOVING IT. This has gone a bit away from what i wanted to say.. but I will Reiterate... BROCK AND CAMILLA ARE AWESOME they are really into teaching and they keep you motivated....and have to say I Love the Music too! If you are looking for a new and exciting way to train, lose weight, burn fat... and hey, protect yourself... I can not give Sin City Krav Maga a more glowing recommendation! AND They are GREAT with kids and offer kids/teens classes as well. OK I'm done.... nope... there's more Addendum.... that was written back in March for another review... it is now end of May and i have completed the Krav I curriculum and have started Krav II... I was looking for a Krav Maga class near my home. I went to this school to ask questions about the program. The people I talked to we're not forthcoming with answers at all. High pressure sells tactics were used. I was introduced to the instructor who had only a couple of months experience with Krav. It appears this school wants to pressure people into spending money and be taught by someone with very little experience. read more
