This is literally the best gym I have ever joined. Caroline (the manager) and all the trainers do an amazing job. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I joined about 3 weeks ago and don't regret it at all. I'm happy to report I am gaining muscle and confidence- The only things I need in life right now! I joined this gym about 6 months ago (Sept. 2020) and have really enjoyed it. There are a ton of health/safety/cleaning protocols which staff and members follow. The workouts are as intense as you want them to be and are enjoyable. The trainers are welcoming and help everyone feel comfortable no matter skill or fitness level. (I've done a lot of muay thai and in the past, but am VERY out of shape. Others have less technical experience, but are in great physical condition, and we can all enjoy and get a lot out of the classes.) read more

This Gym has been a life changer. Even though I missed about 6 months due to a new baby and hospitalized for a bit, I still love this family. All coaches always push you to do better and harder than you think you could. The owner Dean and the GM Caroline are always there to accommodate you with your needs. I went into this having no experience with a UFC Gym and was quite excited to learn. However, it's mostly a facade for aerobic boxing classes if you want to actually learn martial arts you have to pay for private lessons. If this had been my only complaint I would have rated them 3 stars. However, their customer service is as bad as it gets. I requested to have my membership suspended in March 2020 during the height of the COVID outbreak in Westchester. They claimed to have honored that request but continued to charge my credit card. After two emails stating that the payment had failed they sent me to collections over $256 and during a pandemic as well as an economic recession to show such lack of empathy is astounding. I was actually planning on paying up for the private lessons and learning from their trainers, easily would have spent over $1000. But due to this poor experience, I will not be going back and advise anyone thinking about joining to beware of their poor customer service. I have emailed & called numerous times but no one has gotten back to me as of yet. read more

Love this gym!! First time in my life I'm actually loving a workout and sticking to a healthy eating lifestyle and this gym has everything to do with it. Everyone from the managers and owners to the coaches and other members are very nice and super supportive. Whatever your goal is - lose weight, get fit, train for fighting - you can definitely accomplish here. At first I often saw the gym on my way home and thought it looked intimidating, as a girl in poor shape. I went to try out the gym for free and I instantly fell in love and became a member that same day. Of any regular gym whether you work out on your own or take the group classes, this is by far the most challenging and rewarding workout I've ever done, all while being surrounded by kind and supportive staff and classmates. read more

I have been a member at the UFC Mamaroneck gym going on three years. When I moved into the area I was looking for a gym where I can not only lift weights, but also train differently. I've trained in Muay Thai for a year before I started this gym and wanted to continue my training. This gym not only offered me the opportunity to continue to train in Muay Thai, but also add Jiu Jitsu into the mix. I have trained at other gyms in the past and what made this gym stand out is the friendliness of the staff and other members. I quickly made friends which I can train with inside the gym and hang out with outside the gym. Even though we train hard, egos are usually left at the door and everyone I have trained with is eager to show and help improve techniques. What also sealed the deal for me is the ample parking that is offered at the gym and it is at no cost. read more

Def the best gym!! Been a member for over 4 years now and it's changed my life!! I would def recommend for you to try out there CrossFit classes! Intense and kicks your butt! It's funny that someone said this place has state of the art equipment. It's basically just a bunch of punching bags and a boxing ring. There is no squat rack only a smith machine. I think any serious gym should at least have a squat rack wouldn't you agree? One flat bench no incline bench at all. The male trainers creep on the females to the point that if my wife went to this place I would feel extremely uncomfortable with it. It's about 80 bucks a month. Impossible to quit. The place is pretty much a scam. Avoid at all costs. read more

Great sense of community. At this gym you aren't just another face, you are part of the community. Everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful. The managers are attentive and always greet you by your name which can be rare a gym "chains". Coach Hassan has a lot of patience and is very motivating. This is the best gym I have ever been a member of. The trainers and coaches are awesome and I have made many friends in boxing and crossfit classes. We all support and encourage each other! If you are serious about working out this is the place! I used to be a member of equinox but hated that people wore makeup to workout there and basically just socialized. UFC is for people who take working out seriously. There is a good age range; from teens to members in their sixties. I really look forward to going to class here! read more

This gym may have the worst treatment of members I have ever seen. My friend moved to the Bronx and called to cancel her membership. They have continued to charge her every month for the last 3 months. Every time she calls the employees keep telling her they can't help her. Now they are trying to send her to a collection agency when they are the ones who refuse to cancel her membership. If they don't reimburse her, I will be contacting the better business bureau. read more
