There's a diverse set of trainers that offer classes of traditional boxing, kickboxing, and kettlebells with their own special twist. It can seem intimidating but it's a lot of heavy bag work that you can do at your own pace or comfort zone. Classes and people here are energetic and encouraging; you'll surpass your limits here! Here are some downsides that I hope they will improve on with expansion/growth of the business: 1) Having refreshments for sale 2) Small space- limited bag availability for crowded classes. You'll want to avoid taking bags near the pillars or mirror wall 3) They have free weights and a cable gym, not much more for other workouts 4) Very limited space for using the jump rope. You'll have to do it outside 5) No real changing room- just a bathroom.

All of the members there were super friendly and the coaches were fantastic. The coaches always made time to get you some one on one attention and were very motivating. It was great to see people there from all ages and of all fitness levels, because that's really what CrossFit is about. I will definitely drop back in next time I'm back in the ROC!

Working from the warm-up to the abs at the end of the 50 minute workout is so satisfying. The instructors are very knowledgeable and help with modifications when necessary. I've had surgery recently and they gave me the modifications necessary for me to get a good workout and not hurt myself. She helped me adjust frequently during the workout to make sure I was properly doing the exercises since I had no idea what I was doing. When I was doing something right she also gave me a shout out by name which was nice. The next day I felt I got a workout, which doesn't happen often for me. I like the variety of the class and working all muscles. The atmosphere was very clean as well which is very important to me.
