We only found out because we had to evict her and had to hire a lawyer, who immediately saw that she had been evicted previously. RPM response? "Well she paid for two years, didn't she?" No shame that they withheld critical information of previous evictions. Don't say you weren't warned about RPM, because I'm telling you now. They can't be trusted, not with one nickel of your money or property.

Most impressive though is that they put themselves in your shoes, and do what you would want to have done - one example, when driving by the property on a weekend, of a fall afternoon, I saw Mike (the owner of Longview Properties) blowing leaves - when I asked him what he was doing, his response was that he would not spend $600 for 30 minutes of landscaping work, regardless of it was his property on mine.
