I have seen 3 primary care doctors in the last year. One doctor only once. So I keep having to go over my medical history every visit and explain everything over and over. Hard to prescribe new or update medications when they don't know my history. Seriously thinking about going to another health care provider. And talking with other patients who have experienced this also. Many are not happy with the service being provided.

MAS stated she wrote unprofessional note, including in resubmission, she did not include clinical information. I now have to postpone my appointment for June 16, 2026, and wait for someone else fil it out. They also do not use painkillers during laser surgery or cataract surgery--not an okay place to go for that.

I've never been to a better Hospital - it was very clean despite lots of construction going on; the nurses were absolutely top notch; the health care team of PA'S, case workers, aides, and various directors were exceptionally professional, responsive, informative, and friendly. We had an excellent experience, and I'm so glad we didn't go to one of the chaotic, understaffed and overcrowded Syracuse hospitals. So worth the extra drive time. My daughter is in college and came down with Bronchitis, so she went to WellNow in April of 2024 because they are in my network, confirmed by my health insurance. WellNow charged my daughter out-of-network cost of $165 for her visit which should have been in-network and only $15. After repeated phone calls with WellNow billing department they admitted that the visit should have been in-network and only $15 and would reimburse my daughter the $150 she is owed in 30-45 days. After months, they still had not reimbursed my daughter so I spoke with my insurance company who contacted WellNow billing department on my behalf and my insurance called me back to say it has been corrected and that WellNow will reimburse my daughter the $150 within 45 days. As of today, 08/28/2024, not only has WellNow not reimbursed my daughter, but I received a bill in the mail from Doctor Krystyna Koryzma, who treated my daughter, for out-of-network expenses of $334, in addition. How is this even possible??? My daughter goes to an in-network urgent care for serious issues but the doctors that work there are not in-network? My daughter should have been informed prior to treatment. How is it this doctor is not billing through WellNow so it is in-network? If one does not pay their doctor bill after 4 months, I'm sure WellNow would threaten collections. When I went back for a recheck and to have prescriptions refilled everything went wrong. First I was told I would not be able to stay on my current meds because of a policy they have. That right there would have stopped me from making the second appointment (my medications were seen in my chart on the first visit). Then, I was told my conditions didn't exist. I asked the doctor to call the ordering doctor and he refused. I kept telling him that I didn't think he was seeing the other doctor's tests and diagnoses, but he insisted I did not have the conditions I claimed to. A simple phone call would have fixed the situation. I absolutely cannot recommend a practice that calls new patients liars because they don't see something in their file right away.

'Desiree' checked us in but was quick to tell us it would "be a while because they were doing reports." We sat in the empty waiting room....for over 30 min with no one updating us on when he might be seen...in the EMERGENCY ROOM. His pain getting worse I stepped up and asked Desiree if she knew how much longer we'd be waiting as we'd been there for over 30 min. and his pain was increasing. (Waiting rm still empty except us). Desiree immediately snapped at me "You don't need to come up here with all that attitude!" (The only 'attitude' I had was concern for my husband and at no time during that interaction did I so much as raise my voice. I simply asked the question). Desiree then informed me that there was a shift change going on and we'd have to wait! In the empty EMERGENCY ROOM. I went back and updated my husband who by this time was doubled over. I stood up and asked Desiree if she knew how much longer they'd be before he'd be seen. "How am I suppose to know?" She snapped at me. My husband had enough and stood up to leave telling Desiree that it was crazy to show up in the ER and be forced to wait over 30 minutes in his condition because of 'reports' being done and shift changes. Bottom line: Fox Hospital EMERGENCY ROOM is the WORST! If you're having an emergency please avoid it at all costs, especially at 7:00am when apparently 'reports' & 'shift changes' outweigh the health and safety of patients having true emergencies. Side bar, Desiree literally covered her name tag up with her hand when I asked for her name. She finally uncovered her first name when the security guard walked over. We will be calling Bassett later today to report her and the poor excuse for an EMERGENCY ROOM.
