I honestly had to sit on this rating for a month. Honestly, as soon as I left this dealership, I told my boyfriend who I went there with, "as soon as I buy a car, not from here, I need to write a review because I feel so frustrated." Number one. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Because this car was a little out of the way for me, I called two weeks in advance to see if the car had smoke damage. The lady at the front desk called me as soon as I reached out (that's fine, that's your job), but I was very firm that I could not make an appointment that weekend because I was out of town. The lady told me, "our used cars sell very quickly so we recommend that you come in right away." The car had been on the lot for 78 days at this point and I was not worried, and when I told her that, she paused and goes, "Oh."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told her not to call me, and that I'd call when I was ready. She called me the next day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I finally made an appointment for July 5th. Now while we had a set time and date, not only was the person who we were supposed to test drive with late, when he finally arrived, he passed us off to someone else. That's totally fine, it's busy, but you guys knew about my test drive for a whole week before hand - in fact, your front desk called me several times. The test drive was chill. Nothing felt bad about the car. At the mileage it was at, my four months of in depth research (I've been test driving the same car type over and over) I knew that it was about 700$ over what I was willing to pay for a car in this condition and mileage. When we got back to discuss the car and purchase, I asked for the service records and results of the inspection. They brought me the carfax. That's great, but not what I was looking for. They go back and bring me the service records. I ask if they have records to see the condition of the wheels, because I notice that one of the tires are significantly more worn down than the other three. They go look for the documents and then say that oh, because it's Saturday, the shop is closed and we don't know where the documents are. Reminder, we show up Saturday, around 10 AM... and the shop is open from 8 AM to 4 PM. Excuse me? [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, this whole time, I don't know if this because the salesman was nervous (although he straight up said he had 16 years of experience) but he kept talking to my boyfriend and not me. It's not like he was responding when the salesman was asking questions/responding.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Finally, talking about price, I asked if the price was negotiable, to which the salesman said yes, within reason. I give him a number. He gets the manager. The manager sits down and says, "The price is not changing, this is as low as it's going to get." Mind you, this car has been on the lot for over 80 days at this point. I say thank you, and we go to leave and the manager stands up, "If you like this car why don't you get it?" And honestly I don't know what I said, it was some bs excuse, but the vibes were so bad at this point and I had a headache. Just as the cherry on top, their front office called me two times after to ask why I didn't buy the car, and if I had bought another car. They finally stopped calling after I told them to call me when they were ready to offer me a better deal. And guess what? That bottom line price wasn't the bottom line price. We usually took our van there for service. This time was for tire rotation and alignment. I left with my van tires not aligned because of their machine had problems with the calibration. Since it didn't drive right, I had to bring my van back. After 3-4 hours, they finally admitted that the tire alignment was not done properly. It's okay that they have problems with their machine. It is not okay for them not to tell the customer the real problem and send the customer away with jobs not done. That is dishonest and disregarding the safety of the customer. Horrible experience, first I told them what was wrong with my car and they insisted on still doing a $200 diagnostic just to confirm what I already knew then they gave me a loaner and it soad no charge but when I went to pay the bill there was a $40 charge for the loaner. Honda is a complete rip off, they used to be alright but recently I've had nothing but issues. They can't give you a straight answer. I was told when I purchased my CRV that I would get 2 free oil changes . my first oil change was free . I was notified that my service was do . I had approximately 12,000 miles on at the time so I scheduled it for an oil change at 12,475 miles and I was told the second oil change was not free because it was no longer available. it cost me 89.15dollars for a oil change . what a rip off and to further the rip off the rep . came to me with a socalled picrude of h air filter . lol an old fashioned way of ripping you off. and by the way it was 100.00 dollars and some dollars for an air filter replacement and the rip off goes on. This place when it comes to service is a rip off, first of all I bought my car of them Honda CRV 2025. Had to go for an oil change which I get " free" and then said I must pay for the mm6 drain & rear differential fluid $160.My car is only 8 months old and only has 10,000 miles. And we asked since the car is getting serviced if we can get a loaner car until they finish they said yes that will cost you "40 more dollars for the day". Mind you my appt is at 8am, I was told my car will only take 1 hour and 40 mins for that to get done. I go back at 11:00am they stated my car is still not ready they will call me when it's ready. Had to call back at 2pm to see if they were done with my car still not done got a message at 3 and one the of the services reps calls me and tell me the tech found something else wrong with my car that if I can check the website they sent me. They really were trying to charge me 200 dollars more because my filters are dirty. I decline the services they were literally done with my car at 4pm. That's unacceptable I take my car at 8am and it's done servicing at 4pm. Well at least I paid for the rental which I should of gotten for free if they were going take that long to change my oil. Horrible service. I asked my dad (auto mechanic)if I was supposed to get that fluid change he stated he no because the car has not reached 30,000 miles my car is still new I don't need that. They gave me some bullshit excuse. Even their sales reps who's my friend stated they are not suppose to charge for a loaner car if they are servicing my car. Complete rip-off. Went in for my AC. They charged me $160 for a diagnosis that claimed I needed a new discharge hose and special Freon which would be an additional $845. Got a second opinion elsewhere and it turns out it was just a faulty wire and only cost me $150 to fix. I will never go back here. read more

Do not buy a car from these guys. They jerked me around for hours, starting with an insanely low-ball offer on my trade-in. They used every sales trick in the book. For example, they took the keys to my potential trade-in and hung on to them. When I said I was leaving, they said "ok we'll go get your keys." They did not come back with the keys but rather with a slightly better trade-in offer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The sales guy always had to "go talk to the manager."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we finally agreed on a value for the trade-in and handed me off to the finance guy, the finance guy was a real jerk.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told him several times I did not want an extended warranty. He kept bringing it up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He threw papers in the trash. He would talk about something else and then mid-sentence bring up the warranty again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was getting pretty short with him. I was THIS CLOSE to leaving. He kept saying "SO YOU SEE NO VALUE IN THIS? NO VALUE?!" And of course the price from the finance guy was more than I was told it would be by the sales guy. This took an entire day. I was in a rush to get back for a meeting and I was under the impression it would only take a couple minutes to service my recall but it turned out the service would take a lot longer. I test drove a hybrid crv sport touring last week and loved the demo car, the car had a hand written tag with a additional $2995 In uwanted add on's I was floored to find out that if I ordered the car I would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks and would be forced to buy the aforementioned add on`s. The sales people have never smiled in their lives, the service department is more unorganized than a junk yard, and they have no problem denying problems that have occurred at their hand. I had exceptional service from the entire piazza of reading team. My experience started mid-afternoon of the 4th of July weekend. The team got a tow truck to me within 30 minutes, arranged for a loaner car (I live about an hour away and did not but my old Honda from them), and found me the Honda HR V I had been looking to purchase from dealers closer to me. Their trade-in value was what I felt I should get which was $2000.00 better than I had been offered at previous dealers. My sales associate searched the state for the car and color(s) I wanted. By Monday my new car was on it's way to piazza from another dealership and I was driving home with it on Tuesday afternoon. I took my Civic Si here which was less than 6 months old and well within warranty to have my sunroof and a blemish in the paint looked at. The car was bought brand new by me, waxed, and always kept in a garage so I was shocked to hear my black paint that was cracking was caused by bird droppings due to me neglecting the car - or at least the manager claimed. I advised the manager that the car has been waxed and always kept in a garage and never left dirty so there is no way the cracking paint under the clear coat was caused by bird droppings. Also why was only the black paint cracking but the clear coat remained intact. The manager would not listen and became rude, asking me to leave the property. After having my car looked at by another Honda dealer it was determined that there were flaws in my paint and that it would be covered under a recall Honda had issued for my color paint. Honda Corporation has since repainted nearly the entire car as the paint they used was just cracking on its own. I never received and apology or any communication from this dealership nor from the manager that misdiagnosed my car and accused me of neglecting it. Just stay away from this Honda dealership. It's the worst one I've ever visited. read more

My daughter bought her first new car from here. Sales people were excellent but when it comes to service what a nightmare. Went in for a simple oil change. They never tightened the heat shield underneath afterwards. On her drive home it fell down snd got destroyed. They were going to charge her 270$ for a new part. Needless to say her Dad got involved as they were trying to take advantage of a young woman when it was their own fault. Now a year later went back for inspection and oil change and to repair a manufacturer defect. Well the defect was not fixed properly and once again the heat shielding was not put back in place correctly. Luckily we caught it before she drove too far. If they cannot get something as simple as an oil change done correctly I would be terrified to see what they would do with more extensive repairs. I had my car battery replaced at my home. Only when I started up the car the radio and gps were lost or made unavailable. I did not buy my current Honda at Piazza, but from a Honda dealership. I told my wife that this happened once before and Honda directed me to Piazza Honda and they were happy to correct the problem. This time they told my wife if she didn't buy the car there they couldn't or wouldn't reset the radio and that she would have to take the car back to where she bought the car. Well she did. She went to Jones Honda of Lancaster and less than five minutes from when she explained the problem until she was on here way back home. Jones Honda dealership could not believe that PIAZZA Honda would not help the woman. This explains why Jones Honda has taken care of my automotive needs for over 45 years with virtually no complaints. read more

The experience was very disappointing for many reasons. the most important ones were: they put the wrong names on the owners card after being told the correct one at least 3 times processing the paperwork took over 2 hours I was told the key fob opened the tailgate and it does not I have contacted the dealership several times and no manager has called me back. I put a deposit down on the vehicle and was sent the first round of the Bill of Sale. We made plans that very same day to drive from Georgia to Reading on the upcoming Friday. The very next morning, after putting down my deposit, I received a phone call from the dealership that they had sold my car to someone else!!! Unthinkable...and words that I cannot put here!!! Needless to say I let family members know that live in the area to spread the word. Don't shop at this dealership until they get their act together. This lack of follow through is reprehensible! There were some blemishes in the interior of the vehicle I was interested in that gave me pause, so Erica offered to have the detail guy work on removing them. He invited us back to test drive. Bought our certified pre-owned Pilot here (and a pricy extended warranty from Zurich). From the get-go, the salesman fit the stereotypical used car salesman personality. My husband and I both have stellar credit and this guy tried to tell me the best interest rate we qualified for was 7.9% funny because I qualified for 1% at the luxury car dealership right across the road and I do not mean Acura! There was some damage to the hatchback that was not revealed to us and we did not notice because every time the guy took us around the vehicle, the hatchback was open. We discovered it 2 days later and they tried to blame us. Finally got them to do the repair...terribly...so we had to take it in again to finally be done correctly. Then, we had transmission problems. A light on the dash came on and we were very close to 50K miles. By the time they got it in, it had gone over 50K and they acted like they were doing us a huge favor still fixing it under warranty. Last year, I needed my inspection. They absolutely could not get me in for 6 weeks. I took it to Pep Boys. Now, three days ago we were headed to a funeral. Backed out of our driveway. Put the car into drive, and it would not drive. Tried several times. No. Go. Backed down into our cul-de-sac and called Piazza. It is going in this morning (Monday). I proactively called Zurich and they told me on a certified pre-owned vehicle, it is under Honda's warranty until 100K miles so this will be Honda's claim. Interesting since last year they told me at the dealership it only covered up to 50K. I'm fairly sure my 2018 Pilot is going to need a new transmission and we are going to have to fight to get it paid for. We should not have to do that. We have had two Honda vehicles prior to this and enjoyed them very much. Dealing with this dealership has put such a bad taste in our mouths that we will never again purchase a Honda. I'll update this review once we sort out the current issues. So I guess if you want a car loan with a higher than everywhere else interest rate, a shady salesperson, a damaged vehicle they do not want to claim responsibility for, and having to fight for repairs that are 100% their responsibility, go ahead and come here; otherwise, buy elsewhere. read more
