If it's not a gift, it's worth getting the unboxed fragrance. This store has the "hard to find" fragrances, like fragrances they discontinue. Looking for that favorite perfume and can't find it anywhere? Go to this store, you might just be lucky... you can even ask to order it and you will be contacted once your order has arrived. :) There are locations in a few outlets such as the Cabazon outlet or the Ontario Mills, that's called "The Fragrance Outlet". :)

I've been hunting for one after doing my research on whether to get the Mia 1 (retail price $99) or the Mia 2 (retail price $149) but it really came down when they only had one Mia 2 left in the limited edition Bordeaux color :D They had the Mia only in a pale yellow (kinda ugly color) for $75 and the Mia 2 in a blue color for $120. Difference between the two is the travel case and the 2 speed options in the Mia 2 where the Mia original lacks them. Pretty good deals if you ask me. I also saw they a limited collection of Urban Decay makeup on sale (which I have been looking into getting the Lip Junkie lip gloss) in Flushed for $5. They also had some bronzers and eyeshadows but didn't do my research for those lol Overall, I'm definitely planning to return to purchase the Mia 2 replacement brush heads and possibly more makeup. It's a small store but they got all the good stuff :D

I purchased a fragrance from this store as a gift, but tried to return because it wasn't the cologne that I needed. When I tried to return it within the timeframe stated in their return policy, they flat-out refused, offering a string of excuses that made zero sense. Their return policy is clearly just for show. The staff was dismissive. If you care about customer service, honesty, or even just getting what you paid for, avoid this place. There are plenty of reputable fragrance retailers out there--this just isn't one of them. After claiming they only do exchanges, I pushed for a gift card at the least, and they had to call someone over the phone to do that. Will not be returning.

I decided to visit this store since I was traveling to Ventura County for Labor Day Weekend. I have generally positive experiences at other locations, however my visit to this store was disappointing. Initially, I was greeted by a couple of associates that asked if I needed help. However, things took a turn shortly thereafter. I was looking at the the Tom Ford makeup section and wanted to try some concealer testers. I moved to find a mirror close by in the adjacent bay, and I was immediately reprimanded by an associate named Michelle. The tone and inflection in her voice was very off putting and accusatory and I was met with immediate reproach. I informed her I was simply looking for a mirror and I was told that the testers needed to stay in the same area. Mind you, I was merely standing about 10 feet away from the Tom Ford display. The store was crowded and it was the closest mirror in my view that was not occupied. I would understand if I took the testers and went clearly across to the other side of the store or a third or fourth bay over, but that wasn't the case. I have NEVER had any associate at any of the locations I've frequented reprimand me about where I need to stay to try on a tester. I decided not to purchase the concealers after all and the manager I spoke to also didn't make things right. It's unfortunate that this incident put a damper on an otherwise overall positive shopping experience at the outlets in Camarillo.

So start with the shower gel, then the lotion and finishing with the perfume it makes it stand out even more. Also the hair mist is something new that is also just awesome. I spray it on my wet hair after conditioning to give my hair the fragrance I love. I also use it to freshen up my hair the second day.
