Aside from being really tired and thus not being able to figure out what door was the entrance door compared to the exit door (...), the experience was quite fine and drug-store-like. As in, I found the candy, paid, and left. The parking lot is a bear. Good luck exiting if you're leaving during active town hours. Unless you're making a right -- in which case you're fine. But you're probably not making a right, as goes life.

The techs are useless and they say your medication will be ready two days after requesting a refill or having the doctor's office send it electronically. Just recently it took a lot longer than it was suppose to . I think the corporation has to overhaul this situation. These techs are robots . They look at the customer as if you are dumb for inquiring about your script . Forget about when they take their lunch for a half hour . Those people are not going to lunch they are filling scripts and you still don't get it when promised . I suggest Wegmans they are courteous and honest hard working people. Even the pharmacists go out of their way to give you the help you need .

    This is the absolute worst Walgreens, any store for that matter, I have ever stepped foot in…read more The manager, I assume she was a manager because she had on "street clothes".. unprofessional I may add, looks me dead in the face as I'm standing at the photo counter and walks by me. I thought nothing of it being that she didn't look like she worked there. I stood at the counter for at least 20 minutes pressing this darn button for assistance. I finally go up to the register and guess who I see at the register? The woman in street clothes. I asked the other woman in uniform if ANYONE is coming to the photo counter and she told me no because they are busy. I am disgusted and you, if anyone reads these reviews, need to properly train your staff! I will never be back and will discourage anyone I know that goes there.

I waited in a short line in at Pharmacy counter for a additional hour. It was 10 minutes prior to closing and Manager of the store started turning off the lights which is a Safety issue. I will never step foot in the Westfield Ave; Camden, NJ ever again. Please do not waste your time to get anything from this store period. Very Stressful. :(

    I contacted the pharmacy to request that a prescription be transferred from Walgreens to CVS. The…read moreOperations Manager informed me that CVS would need to call to initiate the transfer. I explained that CVS had attempted to call the day before Thanksgiving but remained on hold for nearly an hour. The manager responded by saying, "No they weren't, they're lying," which was extremely unprofessional and surprising to hear from someone in a managerial position. I further explained that I had also attempted to call to provide the CVS fax number and experienced a similarly long wait time. The manager then became hostile and accusatory, insisting that I was lying and claiming that he "runs a tight ship" and that no caller has ever waited that long. His combative tone and dismissive behavior were entirely inappropriate. I questioned why he was responding in such a manner and expressed that his conduct lacked the professionalism and decorum expected of a manager. I am relieved to be transferring my prescriptions away from this location and will not be returning. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism exhibited was unacceptable, and it is clear that additional customer service training is needed.

    I would not recommend this place as a pharmacy. Every single time I call in a prescription I have…read moreto wait an extra week or 2 for the prescription to be filled. If I call in a prescription on Saturday or Sunday, the system will tell me that the prescription will be ready after 11 AM on Wednesday. I go in at 4 PM on Wednesday and the prescription has not been filled. Why you ask? Well that's because they never have that medication on hand. Ever. So they tell me they have to order it and to come back on Tuesday of the next week. So I go in on Tuesday of the next week and they say "This prescription has expired and we have to call your doctor to get a refill". Well, my question is why didn't they call that in the week before when they found out???When I tell you this happens every single time, it happens every.single.time. WITHOUT FAIL! They won't even call you to tell you that it's not ready. So you waste your time going out of the way to go get your medicine for nothing. You're better off going to a mom and Pop pharmacy rather than these big box ones that really don't give a crap about you. And that way you also support a local business and mom and Pop shops. Don't bother with Walgreens or any other of the larger pharmacies. For most especially this location.

After eight years of consistent service, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by two staff members during a visit to pick up my prescribed blood pressure medication and monitor. On October 18, I arrived shortly before the lunch break and was immediately told by a staff member that the pharmacy was closing. Despite still assisting another customer, she refused to acknowledge me, abruptly closed the gate in my face, and walked away without allowing me to speak or ask a question. Her behavior was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. When I returned on October 20, I was assisted by a staff member named Ali. While he provided my medication, he informed me that I had to purchase the blood pressure monitor over the counter. When I explained that my doctor had sent a prescription, he turned his computer monitor toward me and, with an attitude, said, "Like I said! It's not covered by your insurance." His tone and body language were condescending and unprofessional. I left the pharmacy feeling disrespected and upset--ironically, in worse condition than when I arrived to pick up medication meant to lower my blood pressure. This experience has led me to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere, where I hope to receive the empathy and professionalism that patients deserve. I urge you to address the conduct of your staff and ensure that future interactions reflect the care and respect that should be standard in any healthcare setting.

Order stated it would be ready by the afternoon. I waited 8 hours, and once I came into the store to check the status of my order around 8:40pm, the photo department was closed. Here it is TWO days later and the order is still in the "Creating your order" phase. Utterly ridiculous.
