She gave me a tremendously awesome scalp massage that lasted several minutes. I wanted her to not stop. Then had a quick wash and condition. She decided to cut with thinning shears instead of regular scissors or a razor. The cut came out great. Really like it. I can see my face again! Lastly, I had no hassle whatsoever returning one of the Kevin Murphy products I purchased back in February. I did not like it and they were really cool about that.

After 10 minutes I asked if I had to sign in or something. Had my hair cut and colored. Color turned out great but the cut was not what I had asked for. I showed a picture and shared that I would like for it to be all one length. For some reason the hair dresser cut the two sides by my face shorter then the rest of my hair. When I asked her why they were chunking and sticking out she replied that she could fix it. After she was done, she stated "well if you don't like it you will have to let it grow out." A week later I called back to see if someone else could fix it, as to which I was told that I would have to go back to the same person. I stated that she tried to fix it and shared what the hair dresser told me in regards to you will have to let it grow out. That clearly tells me she cannot fix it, so why would I go back to her. Very upsetting and now will have to pay for someone else to fix it. Definitely would not recommend this place at all.

Passable haircut - I don't have anything terribly complicated going on. At home, I found big chunks of highlighted hair just above my temple. Pretty much none of the highlights went down to the scalp. I also did a color in addition to the highlights and the whole thing was just...not right. I had a fantastic stylist/colorist from my old town so I know I am really looking for someone that good again. Unfortunately, not here. My stylist told me she just went to an Aveda color training class but I don't think she really has the talent for it. :( The other odd thing about this place is that upon walking in the chemical smell was so strong I considered leaving.
