I had to return for two rounds of filler for my lips. They came out very natural, and I was pleased. The only reason I didn't return was due to the high prices, which were higher than most places I've seen and visited. This may be because it is a licensed doctor/surgeon. The staff was very friendly, and the doctor seemed extremely knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. The space is also beautiful. I wish I could afford to receive services from them more often. That's the only reason I didn't give a fifth star.

She has a scheduling reminders however she only sets it up for certain clients. I did not receive any reminders or confirmations. And she has no one working her phones so, you can call and call and no one will answer. How can a client reschedule or cancel in time? Instead of being the bigger person and admitting this mistake Jasmine chose to keep the deposit and give no service to myself or my sister. Be aware she wants to keep your deposit and makes fun of clients on instagram who call to inquire about this. I don't find it funny that women that come to get a service to enhance or feel better about their bodies are being made fun of because they were unable to make an appointment. When many of these women are recovering and May not have as much support as they need. Moreover, things that may come up during this pandemic. You will find customer service to be an important part of being a small business owner and with the attitude you have towards clients not sure you will be for long. Everything is clean and really beautiful. While you wait for your massage therapist in the waiting area, there is hummus and pita. Still and sparking water in the refrigerator and cakes. Also an assortment of teas. All delicious and very impressive. The dryers are horrible. They need more power and should be replaced. I have had massages for 30 years. You generally know if it will be good the minute the massage therapist puts their hands on you. I was excited but so disappointed ten minutes in. I requested a Swedish for an hour. Medium strength. I always wait to see how much pressure the masseuse uses and say lighter or more strength and they always respond immediately. Not today. As soon as she started on my shoulders and back I asked if she would use more pressure. I was told she was 'assessing' me while she applied such little pressure it felt like she was only rubbing oil on me. She literally laughed while she said after the assessment it will be much stronger. Then she added, "believe me". It wasn't. When she started the second side I asked her if she was still assessing. She said no. She added she does not do deep tissue massage. Did I ask the front desk when I made an appt for one. I said no. She said everyone has a different technique in massage. Hers is just horrible. I felt like leaving after she did one arm. She literally applied oil all over me and used such little pressure she could have been massaging a new born baby. $185 for the massage; $33.30 for the gratuity and $7.40 for the spa service charge. If only the massage therapist was as good as the spa was beautiful. I will not be returning.
