Very disappointing experience. During checkout the employees were more focused on talking with each other than helping customers. I didn't receive a greeting, a thank you, or even a simple "have a nice day." It was honestly hard to tell if the cashier was talking to me or continuing her conversation with coworkers. On two different pick up orders, one order was missing an item and in the other, was given a broken item. I even checked the bag to see if the broken piece was in the bag and it wasn't. It makes me think someone put it in my bag already broken thinking I won't return it. I understand it's the holidays, but 2 orders back to back is unacceptable. read more

This is the worse Ulta to go to. I am sad because it used to be great. I had a brow appointment which I specifically booked for Benefit. My appointment was at 3:40. I arrived at the store a few minutes early to check in. No one greeted me no one asked me if I needed help. The girl at the front counter was just on her own cell phone to even notice me. I couldn't even find anyone until 5 minutes later, when I was informed that my appointment would be at the salon and not with someone from Benefit. The online booking system really should account for that and make sure it is clear to customers. I specifically go to Ulta for the Benefit Brow Bar. Not the salon. The service needs to be better for the prices you all charge. read more

I had an amazing experience late on Black Friday! The ladies were wonderfully attentive & helped me find the exact shade of foundation I needed very quickly, as I was in a rush. I could tell they'd been working very hard all day, as everything was perfectly organized during a peak sales day. They quickly adapted to my needs & time frame. I've been to Ulta many times, but that was the most efficient, productive, and satisfying. I'll definitely return to that store. read more

I went in for hair color and it was a total disaster. i asked to do the root touch up and after more than 3 hours I end up yellow all over. originally my hair was platinum. they tried to fix it and was not possible. the store manager came in and she said that the real manager who was not there is going to call the next day and solve the situation. of course it didn't happened. at the end they tried to charge me more because I was told that they had to use more products. to top it all off I was given some sun screen and a bonnet to say sorry! what an insult! and what a costumer service‍I will call the general manager to hear if they have anything to say about my horrible situation! read more

She took the dead ends without it being too short, cut the old blonde I didn't want anymore, and gave me very manageable layers I can style at home. Went there a couple of weeks ago and booked online for my daughter's hair cut. When we walked in we were asked if we had an appointment and we said yes. And the stylist asked who it was with and said "yep that's me , I'm not sure how you managed to squeeze in but I guess I can do it real quick,I got clients coming" ... Literally there was only one other person at the salon. I was about to say nevermind because I wanted it to be special for my daughter, she was so excited. So I went through with it and she did a good job,but even as we were leaving, she was making comments about how we " managed to squeeze in" . I felt very unwelcome and I probably won't go back to this location. I'm just glad my daughter didn't pick up on her comments. She loves her haircut. read more

Worst customer service experience ever. Cashier was so rude. From the moment I walked in she was straight out rude to answer my question. Then while in line she yelled at me saying I was not next, when actually I was and the people in front of me were just with the person that was already paying with another cashier. if i had that option I'd put 0 stars. i went about a month ago to get my hair cut. I asked for long round layers, face framing, and curtain bangs. i should've known when the stylist said she was new there...but she proceeded to to asked if i wanted to get a dry cut? i've heard of dry cutting before but the way she was doing it seemed wrong. my hair was still tangled while she was cutting it. I left with CHOPPY UNEVEN curtain bangs. and the back looks choppy as well. Please do not go with this Salon or Stylist. i don't remember her name but she's older with blond hair. read more

The store is clean and the selection is wide. For that, it's 2 stars. I would like to say I will come back here but when I came in tonight at 8 PM, I asked what time they close. I was told 9 PM. Within minutes of being in the store, I could hear a group of employees complaining about how the store has to stay open. The entire time I was in the store, I could hear employees walking by and talking to each other, making comments and complaints about how they couldn't wait to close. As I was checking out, an older women walked into shop at about 8:40pm. I could hardly believe my ears as the register employee made reference to "the old people in the store". So very rude. My receipt lists her name as "Alva". I was uncomfortable my whole time shopping. If not for customers, there wouldn't be jobs. Maybe consider working somewhere else if you don't want people to deal with people being around. Your store hours are 9pm. I can understand politely reminding people that you are closing in a few minutes, but it is not OK to talk so rudely right in front of your customers in the store.
