Absolutely terrible customer service, the employees are so full of themselves. They ignore you and carry on a conversation instead of attending to you. They are rather snobby and acts as if it's an inconvenience that you asked them a question or need service, and THAT'S IF, you can actually hunt someone down since they are so elusive. They definitely don't put customer service first, even though that's the whole premise of their job. Ulta itself is nice and carries a wide range of product but why would I shop there when the atmosphere is absolute trash. Bottom line, This location sucks. read more

They advertise curbside pickup but don't actually do it. I checked in online and was parked in the curbside pickup spot and waited 20 minutes. No one came out so I finally went in. There was no one shopping in the store, so it's not like they were just really busy. read more

This is an OK location of Ulta, although ive been to better, this is the only one in the area. This is the best place to get unique items you cant get anywhere else and higher end beauty products. They offer great sales, clearance, and coupons. Sometimes even the higher end products go on sale. I wouldn't buy normal products you can get in Walmart or Target here, as their prices aren't competitive, but for specialty things, this is your place. read more

Love cosmetics, but Ulta just doesn't do it for me. The cosmetics are identical to Sephora, but this place just doesn't do it for me. The last time I was there the women ignored me while I asked for help, and then when I finally caught a "glam fairy's" attention, she "matched up a foundation that was so yellow on my skin that it looked like I can't use it. I know I'm part Italian, but I don't want my foundation to act as a Jersey Shore bronzer as well. Overall, disappointed. I only go in to Ulta when I have nothing better to do. Sephora is my go-to place for cosmetics (coupon codes are awesome). read more

Recently I went in for a rather drastic chop. Overall the experience was okay, but I got home to realize my hair was not the same length on both sides. The left was several inches longer than the right. No big deal I thought, I'll just go back to have it fixed. I returned the next day and politely explained my hair was uneven. They looked at my hair and tried to convince me it must be the way I was sitting or holding my head.. after my insisting I was put in a chair to "fix" my hair. The lady cut the most minuscule amount from the very front hairs on the left side and called it good. I would've been satisfied had they fixed my hair, but the fact they cannot own up to their mistake and correct it is what irritates me. When a customer comes to you with a problem you created the priority should be making them happy, not to get annoyed and try to down play it as if it wasn't your fault or trying to convince the customer they're wrong. read more

LOOOOOOOOOOVE ULTA BEAUTY! As a makeup artist it is my go to makeup store to buy all my products. The people that work here are always super helpful. They will help you find any product you are looking for, are knowledgeable about the products, or you could walk in and say I need a full makeup routine help me and they will pick out all the products for you. One time I just had my upper lip lasered (hair removal), and it was very red. I had to go back to work but didn't have any makeup with me to cover up the redness. So I stopped and ULTA and told one of the girls my dilemma and asked if she could touch me up real quick and she did so with no problem what so ever. Sometimes I spend five minutes here and other times I spend two hours here. I get my hair done here and my facials. Platinum member status all the way! Also I enjoy shopping at ULTA more than Sephora because I like ultas reward system better. Their points actually earn you cash off your future purchases, instead of some crappy little trial size products that you'll never use. Always refer my friends to ULTA. Went to the salon to get my hair colored and cut. Spent $180 on my hair. I asked for my hair to look sombre (opposite of ombre) my hair is natural dirty blonde and I just wanted white blonde color from my tips about 3/4 of the way up. I left with my hair colored yellow from tip to root. Never again! If I'm going to spend $180 it should've been like the picture I showed you. Then the guy who did it curled my hair after because he said he wanted to see what it looked like curled. And when he gave me my receipt to go pay said "I'm not gonna charge you for he curl" like I should've thanked him for not making me pay for it when I didn't ask for it in the first place. I have been going to the Ulta Salon for three years. I get my long hair colored and have a glaze applied every month. About five months ago I had a keratin treatment. I am 50 years old and my hair has NEVER been in better condition. In addition, my schedule can be very crazy and I have had to cancel an appointment from time to time. The salon as a whole, and my stylist in particular, have been VERY understanding and accommodating on these occasions. read more
