So I'm sure you can understand how excited I was to get a pretty cut and style. The hair stylist was shown a picture of my desired cut. She began chopping away on my hair, without a wash or even a slight spray to dampen My hair. Nope she used nothing, no Spray bottle. She didn't offer to wash my hair, My hair is very thick, I asked for it to be thinned out, as well. it is very thick. I couldn't get it to hold a curl. She began hacking away on my hair, without out water or shampoo. All Uneven cutting and it is sticking out everywhere. it Looked terrible, uneven, she was unprofessional and she just kept making excuses. I'd like a refund or a free cut. She said she was experienced, yet cutting someone hair without washing my hair, or without dampening it. Totally lazy and unprofessional. after cancer and chemo my hair was the one thing I was excited to have done, and she complete botched it, contact me to correct this issue.

She said that it would be easy to do and would just have to lighten a lot in a balayage way. I arrived to my appointment And she looked at my hair and told me that it would take way more time and could not get it done in my appointment time. She told me it would take at least two appointments. I then asked if it would cost more than what she originally charges for the service. She replied with two or more visits making it close to 400.00 or more. No hairstyle is worth that much and I was expecting my hair to be done. So she then proceeded with there's a cancellation fee of 87.50 and she would not let me leave til I paid it. The truth of the matter is she cancelled on me after she told me how easy it would be to do my hair prior to her seeing me. I then tried disputing the charge through my bank and she would not give me my money back. Her and her friend in the salon at the time were very unprofessional and immature. She needs to do what's right since tge cancellation was due to her and not me. I showed up for the appointment wanting my hair done. I work in tge medical field and if a patient shows and under a circumstance due to our advice can't be seen, we do not charge a cancellation fee. The patient showed up and we cancel on them, it's on is not them.

She let me know that my stylist, Bailey, would be a few mins and offered me water or coffee while I waited. It was only a few mins and Bailey was ready. Bailey does amazing work on my hair every time and I just love her. I have also been to see Randi for my skin and she is amazing as well. My hair and skin always look amazing because of these 2 girls. They are so great at their jobs and they are the sweetest. The Loft has recently added so many new services that it has become a one stop shop for everything beauty. I love the space and the people that fill it!
