No shade on the MANY employees standing around hope to help you order online. They are very sweet and seem frustrated as well that nothing is in stock. Eden the skincare expert here at this location was very knowledgeable and helpful finding me a moisturizer. Eden found me a moisturizer that was fragrance free and silicone free, vegan friendly. Honestly, don't think I'll be going back.. I was so disappointed in ultas Mac counter. I didn't catch their name but the person working MAC was very grungy looking and had long hair in a beanie. I was looking for a specific shade in the pressed powders and couldn't find it on the rack and noticed the bottom drawer of the display was open and had the shade I was looking for. I started to pull the product out and the MAC "professional" quickly walked over and stated "UM CAN YOU NOT!?" And physically kicked the drawer shut almost on my hand. They simply could have said "could I help find what your looking for?" But instead I was greeted with that terrible display of aggression and unprofessionalism. And that is not acceptable! I tried to call after to speak to the GM but of course they were not there and the only manager on duty was on a conference call. It's not worth calling again but ulta your loosing business. I walked in the store and there was like 2 people shopping inside. I was not greeted and no one offered to help me. I was walking around looking for someone to help me as I couldn't navigate the store, there was no one to be found. I do not like bringing race into anything but I am a black female. Soon after I walked in about 6 females (white) walked in and were immediately greeted and helped with their questions/finding products. I really like high quality makeup and the chance to feel the formulas in the store. I went to this store wearing leggings and a fleece sweater, and I was browsing for Christmas, and I was treated like a criminal in the store. I swear there was a sales associate following me around because she thought I was stealing. I have never felt this singled out in my life, and I have also never stolen anything in my life! I'm sorry I didn't get dressed up to come to your store- but that didn't mean I deserved to be treated so poorly. I would have rather been politely asked, and I would have gladly shown that my pockets were empty rather than been followed around by some lurking associate. You're products are great ulta but your business practices could use some work. I feel that the customer service at this store is exactly what it should be. I have been pleasantly surprised every time I've gone in, because each time I've been there I've had numerous employees make sure I'm finding what I need. Also, I called yesterday to ask about an item and the associate who answered not only found the item for me but offered to hold it for me. As far as their selection it does seem that they frequently are out of items. I am not in the store often enough to give a thorough opinion on that, but I have noticed many empty shelves. All in all the employees seem well trained, they are friendly and they seem to know their inventory relatively well. read more

I had a great experience at the Salon with Caitie! I called the day before hoping they could fit me in to get my Hair done for my maternity photo shoot early the next day. They even got me in before the store even opened to make sure I would be ready in time ! This store is foul. When it first opened i was so excited to have a location closer to home. Went there today and was shocked at how nasty it was. Broken makeup everywhere. People have wiped makeup on so many displays. All the makeup stations are disgusting and dirty. They are out of stock on so many things. The staff are absolutely rude at thid location and never help. I came in around 4:50pm and went directly to the fragrance section to find a bottle that I wanted to purchase. Most of bottles that are in stock are locked up to prevent from theft but a few would be out on the self. Carmen was looking in the mirror. I ask Carmen for help get the bottle that possible be locked up. Carman just said if it is not on the shelf than we don't have it. I told her I check before coming in that you had it in stock. Carman said something about shipment today and " trust her we don't have it". Carmen than told me I can go up to the registers and order it and have it shipped to my house. I went up to the registers with the tester bottle. The ladies at the registers check on the system online and showed they have it in stock. One of them gets the key and ask Carmen where it would be located. Carmen said behind the mac counter or under the display where the bottle was originally at. The girl open the drawer under the display case and the bottle I wanted was right there. I try to shop locally because it provides jobs. Trust me I would rather shop online and not have to deal with this kind of service. Shopping in store provides revenue to keep business open to provide jobs. At least try and pretend to help. Super helpful, the salesperson I worked with immediately switched pronouns when I asked them to, and I know that Ulta is a proud supporter of the LGBTQ+ community. Every time I go in they greet me and are very helpful. They even carry numerous high-end hair products at a decently affordable price. read more

Absolutely horrible guest service. Nobody greeted me or asked how I was, I didn't even hear them greet the other customers in the store. Susan, the cashier, seemed to not know what she was doing at all and she also was plain rude. I said good morning and ask her how she was doing and she just stared at me like I wasn't even there. She asked for my phone number for the rewards and when I was saying my number, it seemed like she was just just pushing buttons and said I didn't have an account. I was fed up and just went to the Keizer Ulta to see what they had and they found my account no problem. I would rather go to the Keizer one then deal with Susan again. read more

This ulta is such a mess in terms of staffing,I was shocked. I went there two days in a row on weekends, which everyone knows are the busiest days, and there were only one or two people working at two of FIVE cash registers. The Keizer Station Ulta is so much better, you won't have to wait half an hour in line. Definitely would not recommend. read more

Been to this location multiple times in the past. No big concerns, because I'm usually self sufficient, know what I want, not dependent on their customer service. I placed a pickup order. However, I wasn't able to pick up, because they changed their hours, closing at 5pm, including Saturdays. This makes it difficult, especially for those who work. Day 5, I called the store, spoke to one of the reps who confirmed my order is still there, and it'd be okay for me to pickup the next day. Figured I'd try to pick it up around my lunch time the next day. The following morning, I got a text stating my order is no longer available for pickup. I waited until the store opened, then called to confirm. The gal who answered placed me on hold. After 20 mins, I hung up. I can't help, but feel that may be a tactic to avoid dealing with the situation. I will NEVER do pickup through this location anymore. After reading some of the reviews with poor experiences, I'm glad I'm not alone. read more

I've come in to this location several times now and really love it. I did quite a bit of self damage to my hair months ago. The salon manager has recommended some great products that have been helping get my hair back in shape. I'm planning on booking a smoothing treatment that she's been telling me about before the holidays. Most of the staff here is very nice. The General Manager tends to be very demeaning in her tone, which I don't appreciate, but the rest of the staff is great. Clean and bright store! read more
