I've rarely had to wait long for the attendants to come to my car. Even during the busy times, there is rarely a wait to get to a spot at the pump. The convenience store part of the station is lackluster and small. It is not a branded AM/PM store, like so many other Arco Stations have. The bathrooms are fairly clean but need to be opened by a cashier. Getting out of the station can be difficult during busy times, especially if you need to go west on State St or south on 17th, however it's not the fault of the station and has no bearing on my rating. She's the girl with the long brown hair and is usually in a ponytail. I don't remember her name, but you'll know it's her because she is always friendly and has more than a couple of times helped me get the best deals for my money by telling me what's on sale (kettle chips once with a coupon) and (2 for whatever candy). She does her job and more for the customer and should get the recognition she deserves.
