She listened to what I wanted, explained the best approach for transitioning and correcting my color, and then gave me a gorgeous cut that suits my face perfectly. She was shampooing a woman's hair and had another in the chair waiting to be blow dryed out. She stated rudely "there's a late fee and cancellation policy I guess I should have told you about yesterday. Now you'll have to wait until I get to you" .... EXCUSE ME.... Even if I had been there on time you were doing 2 other women's hair. My daughter had an orange tint to her hair. I wanted the orange out of all of her hair.
