I corresponded with the owner before booking & let her know we wanted a deep clean, as we'd be moving in from out of state & having our furniture delivered that following day after the cleaning. Everything seemed fine & I proceeded to book the appointment with her. I received a confirmation email & all was well. The day before the appointment, I received an email reminder for the 10am cleaning scheduled the following day. I called the number on the email & left a vm asking for a callback so I could provide them with our lock-box code & to see if they wanted my credit card number in advance in case we didn't get in before they finished up. No call back. I called again the next morning (the morning of the confirmed appointment) and left yet another voicemail stating the same thing. No call back. I then called a different number (that the owner had previously given me on our Yelp chat a week prior) before our scheduled appointment to let her know her team wasn't going to be able to get in unless they had the code & that I've been trying to get a hold of them regarding payment as well. At this point I'm getting nervous since we'll be heading to the airport shortly. She then said since I didn't pay in advance, my appointment had been cancelled on Monday, given to someone else, & that they couldn't reschedule me for at least a day or two. I explained I never received anything asking for payment (I even re-read the two emails I did receive to her, neither of which mentioned payment) & if my appointment was cancelled & given out on Monday then why did I receive an email confirming it yesterday morning? Why was their no courtesy follow-up inquiring about payment & saying I'd lose my appointment if it wasn't received? She didn't have an answer. When I said I left TWO voicemails specifically asking about payment, she said the person who manages that phone was in meetings all day yesterday. You own a business- you don't listen to your voicemails & get back to someone trying to pay you, especially when you've cancelled their appointment for the next day and they clearly have no idea? She then called me back and said they can now send some people this afternoon, as long as I paid right away, & THEN sent me an invoice. At this point I had already gotten on the phone & found another company that has great reviews, a great rate, & who felt bad for the situation I was in and rearranged some things to get our home done this afternoon. We are getting on the plane in a couple hours and I wasn't going to risk things falling through again. This whole situation was completely unprofessional and, though the owner I spoke with was very nice and apologized, unfortunately I would not trust them for any future business. I was a little skeptical since they have zero reviews, but the owner put my mind at ease and I even told her that we'd give them a shot and happily be their first one. 7/18/19: I can not review their cleaning service, as they never came. I am out-of-state and arranged for the pre-sale cleaning of my home. I texted with George and received a professional looking invoice indicating the service I was to receive. The day before the cleaning I got a confirmation call from George indicating they would be there the next day, confirming phone numbers and email, etc. He also indicated that payment was due in full in order to confirm the appointment. As a homeowner I use several services for my home including pest service, lawn chemical company, lawn cutting company, security services, and other cleaners in the past. None of these servicers ever required payment before services were rendered. After a 6-min conversation with George, where HE suggested I pay using my AMEX because they have fraud protection, I agreed to pay the invoice. Just a few minutes later I got a call from Carla, the owner. She wanted to know why there was an issue paying, and although I told her that I had already agreed to pay the invoice she was clearly aggitated by what she thought was MY suggestion that I would use AMEX so I could dispute the charges. I assured her that I contractually needed her services so was counting on them showing up and doing a good job. I paid the invoice in full. A few minutes later I received a notice that they had cancelled my appointment and would not be coming. Now I can not get any response to my texts or emails and not only don't have my required cleaning scheduled, but I have to fight to get my money back. 7/26/19 update: A few minutes after my review George called screaming at me that I wasn't fair because I hadn't given him enough time to respond and that he was on a job so couldn't respond. Despite that, he took time to call and yell and swear at me as soon as he got Yelp's email. I told him I would edit the part of my review pertaining to getting my money back if he would simply refund my money. Instead, he told me I was going to have to fight to get my money back and kept screaming at me that I was a liar. I thought that this was simply anger speaking, but one week later and Ultimate ATL Cleaning has yet to refund my money. read more

After searching and calling around i finally came across Ultimate ATL Cleaning Service we received a move out deep cleaning they showed up 10 minutes early with 4 people and cleaned our home 5 Bedroom home from top to bottom we were more than happy George the manager was very Professional and So helpful thanks guys. read more

Great service we sold our home and needed to have it cleaned last minute, Ultimate Atl Cleaning came and cleaned our home from top to bottom very professional service, and super hard workers we received way more than our money worth and i will be using there service again. read more
