That's a huge perk for me since I'm a millennial and hate talking on the phone. :) i had many options to choose from to book a service appt- even on the weekend. So i chose 11am on a Saturday. I was greeted by a super friendly attendant who fixed my problem in less than a minute! He even showed me how to do it in case it happens again in the future. He was so kind and friendly! I believe his name was either Donald or Ronald. I was on my way in minutes. 10/10 experience.

They told me they had a technician call out. Why have us arrive at 5:30 if you know you're behind on booked appointments? Nice people but clearly disorganized. I will not be coming back. That felt extremely shady and unprofessional. I was surprised that an employee would encourage a customer to provide false information on a financing application. On top of that, the finance manager had a payoff amount for my vehicle that was completely different from the payoff amount shown on my bank statement. When I pointed out the discrepancy and asked about it, he refused to look into it and simply said, "That's what the numbers say." There was no effort to verify the information or explain why the amounts were different. I also asked for my keys to my car multiple times and she would not hand them over until I had to snatch them off of the table and then she acted as if we were out of control and became very rude very fast. Overall, the experience left me with serious concerns about the professionalism and integrity of this dealership (that have now been reported), and I would not feel comfortable doing business here.

Never got an explanation but someone had to check off they did it. They acted like it was no big deal so does this happen all the time? Hagerstown is so much better and trustworthy.
