That's a huge perk for me since I'm a millennial and hate talking on the phone. :) i had many options to choose from to book a service appt- even on the weekend. So i chose 11am on a Saturday. I was greeted by a super friendly attendant who fixed my problem in less than a minute! He even showed me how to do it in case it happens again in the future. He was so kind and friendly!
