I had bought the car as is, so while I couldn't expect them to do anything I felt like I had been wronged. After explaining the situation to Khaled at Bingo Motors, he assured me that this was not who they are as a company. He then took the car back and dumped $3000 worth of repair into the vehicle to remedy the engine. He didn't charge me an additional dime. I was blown away by their professionalism and integrity! I had been looking for a specific car for months--specifically, a 09-14 Toyota Corolla Matrix. My brother and I made road trips out of it, often driving up to three hours each way to look at a prospect only to find that the seller had withheld important information. It's good we enjoy road trips, but we're old men, and fuel is expensive. More importantly, my need was becoming urgent. I had just given up hope and was on my way to look at a regular Corolla, which I would probably have purchased when I saw the SNS Cars, Inc. advertisement for a 2010 Matrix on CarGurus. I left a message but didn't expect a reply in time to keep from probably buying this other car. To my surprise, Adel replied quickly, and we discussed the car on the phone. He was straightforward to talk to. I was clear about my auto search history and the kinds of things I'd seen, and I asked him if it was worth my time to drive over two hours to look at his car. He assured me it was, and he was right. The car is in very good condition, inside and out. We took it for a test drive and looked it over with a critical eye. The buying process was low-key and easy. We quickly agreed on terms and sealed the deal. I was surprised that Adel could register the car and provide permanent metal license plates and stickers right then and there. There was a brief period when the check engine light came on, and it went away. I called Adel and asked him for his advice. I suggested that I was going to be taking the car to my regular mechanic for routine service and they could review the issue there. Even though the warranty he offers requires me to bring the car to him, he quickly and happily agreed that he would help make it right. Some Google research indicates it has to do with, of all things, the gas cap! The light cleared on its own when I refilled the tank. Go figure. The A/C in our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe never worked correctly after a front-end accident. Vehicle…read morewas returned to the body shop that did the initial repairs, but never got the A/C fixed. Hyundai service basically wanted to replace the entire unit to the tune of about $4K. Asked Tim and Wayne of Saville's to have a look to see if they could figure it out. After determining system was fully charged and not leaking, they diagnosed that it was a bad blower resistor. After a run-around from the Hyundai dealer in getting the resistor, Wayne found another source for the part. They installed and the A/C has been working perfectly for the past month...and the bill was less than $1K! These guys have gotten an A+ from me in the past for not only their knowledge, but more importantly my trust in their work and guidance. They've never given me any indication that they're feeding me a line of BS or trying to upsell me, and they always keep me in the loop with anything they encounter.
