I went then for a oil change and tire rotation which is listed for 99 dollars. I bought a Groupon for 70 dollars for the same work. When I went to the shop they informed me I had to an additional 30 for shop fees. So basically they charge 130 for an oil change and tire rotation z I went to another shop without a coupon and it was cheaper this rip off shop. read more

Had a wonderful experience with Mr. Tire! Glenn, Dave, and Dan were very helpful, assisting me with my vehicle's needs. I needed a tire rotation and oil change. I had an appointment scheduled and my vehicle was taken right away and I was given updates while it was being done. great service! my brakes needed replacement and I stopped in Monday afternoon. They were able to get to me first thing the next morning and finished in an hour! I went there to get a plug done on my trucks tire. I did the paper work and thinking I was going to be next after the customer ahead of me! While waiting a young lady walked in with a tire replacement request. Sure enough they put her car on the jack and worked on it ahead of me, I am thinking since that job was more profitable for them or she was a female. I will never recommend this place to anyone . Tried to tell me a P225/50r18 tire was "hard to find" after they failed my car for a small knick in the side wall. During the course of my inspection also "looked at my fluids" and told me they were dirty and while it wouldn't fail me on my inspection could cause my car to "blow up" later on. I know a P225/50r18 tire isn't hard to find it is one of the most commonly manufactured tires on the road for mid sized vehicles. I went back to my mechanic and he was outraged that they would fail me for such a small knick. Got a tire and installed it in 20 minutes for about 60 bucks. Told me he never should have even should have looked at my fluids during a state inspection and that they didnt actually look that bad. Completely baffled as to how I can purchase 2 NEW tires & have the best old tires placed on the front & come in a week and a half later for front end alignment to be told my tire is chewed up and needs replaced?!! I only drove 5 miles a day from when the tires were put on until the front end alignment. Why wasn't I informed a week and a half ago when they had ALL of my tires off my car?!?! I haven't been waited on yet!!! So I'm giving my review before i even get my inspection. I care in at 1:15. Was told there was a 45 minute wait because guy had to go to lunch. He has never returned. I've been waiting for almost 2 hours. Still no sight of the inspector. And he hadn't even called in to say he was late or whatever. The staff has no clue where he is. They are friendly but don't they know how to contact their own employee?!?!? So it's almost done 3 hours later. Good thing there wasn't anyone in from of me! And they rejected it, of course. I'm taking to a good friend who is a mechanic to find x what they say is 'broken' because i don't trust them at all!!!!!!! Never coming here again!!!!! read more

I'm giving this place a one star rating because I think they are telling people things are wrong with their car that aren't. My car was failed for front brakes and a few other things. That was fine I went to them fixed and I was told my two master mechanics and two other inspectors that my brakes were just fine. This inspector tried to make me spend more money then I had to. Kept asking if I had my own mechanic. My guess he wanted me to get the work done there. Never again read more

I will never let them touch any of my vehicles again. I went in for a tire repair, once they got the tire off they said I had no break pads left and needed them immediately. I refused because my father who is a mechanic went to put new ones on a week later found that I had plenty of break pad left on all of them. Then a month later my tire that was repaired went bad and the dealer found multiple patches in the tire which causes an VA inspection fail. Two strikes in one visit. read more

Flat tire: they said I needed a new one (probably true). They found the tire, and put it on: so far, so good--although they later added tire insurance to the bill without my permission. But right after they put the tire on, and still had the vehicle in the shop, they called me with a hard sell on a battery: although the one in the car was only about 18 months old. I was told that the vehicle was currently just a large paper weight. That the battery did not even have enough juice to run the battery status printer. We went in, and the battery had some power, but not enough to turn the motor over. They gave me a (free) jump. Well, it turned out that the battery was just fine: there have been no problems with it at all. Oh, the plates on the car were out-of-state...perhaps that had some effect? PS: right after I posted this, I got a sales email from them--they could have only gotten my email from Yelp! I clicked to unsubscribe, but their system claims it was unable to do so--to try later. I did (a few times), but the result was the same. read more

A few weeks ago I went in for an inspection. While sitting in the waiting room the manager(?) went out to the shop and came back in really upset. He threw parts on the counter with a loud bang and started complaining about his employees are all "Village Idiots". He then called the parts store and was carrying on with them about how his employees can't order parts right and that they are all idiots. Then he threw something at the wall across from the counter in his anger. I then went out to the garage and told the mechanics to get my car off the lift NOW. They finished the inspection, another employee came out to apologize for him, I paid and left. I will never use or recommend this business again. read more

Took my bmw to have the a.c recharged after the fact that they recharge the a.c was told had no fix and my compressor was bad. Instead of checking this issue first was told the only way that it could be checked was by recharging it first needless to say i paid 200 dollars and still no a.c bad bad bad bad bad news dont go not recommended terrible i got robbed with my eyes opened read more
