Well after almost 2 yrs...I worked up the courage to look for a paintless dent repair (PDR) shop to get the dent fixed, hoping they would also be able to help with the scratches caused by the accident and replace the broken tail light. While I have nothing bad to say about that company, the service left me wanting more so I happened upon a Select Auto Hail sales representative and decided to give them a shot. Start to finish my experience with Select Auto Hail was stellar. They go above and beyond to make sure your life has the minimal amount of interference. The amount of options they offer, from a loaned car, to shuttle service, to picking up your vehicle, etc. is next level. Communication was exceptional, if Jesus is busy and can't answer your call, you won't have to wait more than a few minutes to get a call back. Most importantly the quality of their work is insane. My truck has never looked this good except for the time it rolled off the lot. They are proud of their work and it shows. Exceptional all the way around.

****Updated Review**** After having a rocky start with…read moreVeterans due to missed dates and lack of communication, I was contacted by a manager at the company that explained there had been a personal emergency with the previous person I had been speaking to and apologized on behalf of the company. I believe that everyone deserves some grace every now and then, so I decided to give Veterans another shot. 3 days later, one of my vehicles was in the shop. During the nearly 3 weeks it was in this shop, I was kept in regular contact about the status of the vehicle. Steve and the manager were extremely helpful with negotiations between the shop and my insurance to keep it under the $ threshold (well kept 2019 car with VERY low mileage) for being totaled. I have 2 other vehicles with hail damage that I am also trusting with Veterans. I appreciate their effort, the communication, and am happy with my updated experience.

I cannot overstate how much you should NOT consider CDM for repair jobs. I came in with a dent in a…read morerear quarter panel. The dent was decent in size, but I knew for a fact that it was a PDR job. I knew this because I'd taken the car in to other body shops for estimates and was shopping around for the best deal. CDM sent an ABSURDLY inflated quote of almost $3,500 including blending the read door, blending the aperture panel, overhauling and/or removing unrelated trim and bumper components, etc. Look, I get it. Repair work isn't cheap and it's not unusual for shops to pad estimates if insurance is paying (it wasn't in this case and I was paying out of pocket). I wrote back giving them an opportunity to provide a revised, honest estimate given that I already knew this was a PDR job. They sent back a laughable revision, only decreasing the price by $500 to a whopping $3,000. Here's the kicker. I had my lease financing company do a pre-return inspection and estimate. This is the entity with the biggest motivation for a like-new repair job. Their estimate for ALL excess wear and tear including the dent and some other dings and scratches was $550 total. Bottom line: CDM tried to overcharge me by $3,000. They're predatory and should avoided at all costs.

Once you find something, you're probably late for your appointment. Then, you will get greeted by an attractive female who... I can't say, but something's definitely off, guys. My car evidently was an issue for being black. She kept saying "your car is black so I can't see the hail damage" whilst she uses tools right in front of me for being able to see the actual hail damage. Then, after being rude about the color of my car she says that she will not send me a quote in writing, which is what I needed. Listen, if it ain't in writing it never happened, yet as a business she refused. Definite no-go and shady from my personal experience.
