I can vividly remember over a year ago looking at my new (to me) car in the garage and saying to my wife, "this car is so beautiful...I think it will be the first car that I will not modify." One year later and my wife is smirking at me as she observes two large boxes (containing carbon fiber pieces for my car) being delivered onto our front porch. After securing the parts, I knew exactly who I would contact for installation services...Imperial Works! If you have read any of my past reviews, you know that I'm fond of their customer service and overall expertise. Since my work schedule was pretty crazy, Jenny made an exception by allowing for me to drop my car off the afternoon prior to the day of my actual appointment (thanks Jenny & team for your flexibility). After Wesley inspected the parts to ensure that everything was complete, I handed over my keys and headed off to work! Late afternoon the next day, I received a text that the installation had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. As my Lyft driver dropped me off in front of the establishment, I observed my sexy car sitting pretty with her new front lip and side skirts! Before processing payment and handing over my keys, the always personable David, explained to me the process and tools needed to safely secure the parts to the car (a big concern considering how dangerous it would be if a part were to fly off while on the road). To further elaborate on the measures taken to ensure a quality installation, David also explained that they used their own fasteners for the installation; versus using the sometimes mediocre fasteners that are shipped with some car accessories. The attention to detail and customer service is truly what keeps me coming back. Sometime next year (Lord willing) I plan on paying Imperial Works a visit to have my car vinyl wrapped in a color that closely resembles BMW's San Marino Blue (thank you Joe for patiently answering my silly questions pertaining to wraps)! read more

I wish that I can say I received the absolute best experience with Imperial Works but I'd be lieing if I did. Don't get me wrong, I was very satisfied with their work, but there's just some things that bothered me considering how much I invested. Booking: An appointment to get your car wrapped was a process in itself. It takes at least 2 weeks before you're seen. However, Imperial Works offers a temporary solution to keep your car rock-chip free before they can take you in. It's called "Trac Wrap" and it is an eye sore (imagine clear duc tape). When I had it installed, it started peeling in a couple days when I needed it on for 2 weeks! Okay, gotta look your worst first before you can look your best right? Appointment: When it finally came time for the wrap to be installed, I was extremely excited. However, I did notice (because I live so close by) that they did not work on the car until a day or so after I dropped it off, and I dropped it off right when they opened on Monday. A whole day of the car sitting outside. Good thing we had a backup car! Product: We had the Xpel Ultimate on the front of the vehicle and the mirror caps and carbon fiber racing stripes (OEM style) from bumper to bumper. Again, I was VERY impressed when I first saw the car. Update: Cue a month later, I noticed they used pre-cut films. The mirror caps are not fully protected like I had thought. I thought this whole film was custom cut per vehicle...I guess that just applied to the racing stripes? I will probably be returning soon to have them fix some areas as it's beginning to lift. Final verdict: Nonetheless, I still recommend Imperial Works if you're in the surrounding area and can wait weeks before your appointment. They did debadge my car for free and attempted to touch up the front bumper before applying the film. The work is great (offer warranty) and communication with Kim was good too. I wouldn't make a special trip here if you live far away. I recommend shopping around and get other quotes first and compare, that's what I should've done. read more
