They cited that their shop has been sued multiple times in the past Which makes me wonder what they have done to be sued so many times that they had to create a policy. The gentleman behind the desk and one of the mechanics suggested that I lie in the future about having done any work on my car so they are actually promoting lying and dishonest acts Which further makes me worry about and wonder about their integrity and adds Creedence to the fact that they have been sued multiple times. I would highly recommend trying somewhere else and not doing any business with this place. My father and brother were mechanics and I grew up around a garage and it is worrisome and unethical to turn down work out of fear of being sued again. There are plenty of other garages in the area. Luckily the car was still drivable; after dealing with the insurance company I needed to get the bumper fixed, which was actually a pretty big job since it included a number of the modern sensors to warn of blind spots and cross traffic. I went to a couple of the better collision centers near me that were highly rated on Yelp. I ended up picking LJI because they had a great facility and really took charge and reassured me that I would be in good hands. The LJI in Beachwood (they also have a facility in Cleveland Heights) is located on Chagrin just East of I-271 in the same building as Choolaah. Once inside I was very impressed with how clean and modern the shop and the office are. The waiting room is very nice and features a small boutique. Once I arranged for them to get the claim from Progressive they handled everything including setting up the rental and let me know that they could get me in the next week. Dropping off the car was easy and the rental was there and ready to go. The estimate was that the car would be ready in about 1 week and they might send it to the Cleveland Heights shop. After a week I got a call letting me know that the car should be ready the next day and then a follow up call to let me know when the car was done. Picking up the car was also easy, the cost to me was only the deductible, minimal paperwork and of course turning in the rental. The repair job was excellent, the back of the car looks brand new, in addition they actually cleaned the car inside and out. Exemplary work and a great job of going above and beyond. I really appreciate how easy they made repairing my car, the staff is great, they communicated with me when they promised and delivered as promised. LJI is clearly one of the best auto collision centers and well worth using if you need auto body work done. I would highly recommend that you consider them.

We were going to Canada (20190719 - Friday) and wanted to have either the frame/windshield replaced, or at least the windshield prior to going. I contacted A Touch of Class and they immediately provided me with a quote for a replacement of both, and then contacted me to drop off the vehicle on 0715 - Monday. On Wednesday they notified me that the job was complete and ready for pickup. (Every summer we take the side windows out - we have full doors - and roll up the back window. It stays that way until fall. When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was sitting outside with the entire back end wrapped in plastic - just in case it rained!) The new frame (and hinges) looked amazing. So amazing, that the rest of the Jeep really looks like sh*t! My wife and I are already discussing other possible areas that could use their service. So I had a dent about the size of a quarter that I've been ignoring on my truck. After seeing his posts on Facebook I messaged Campbell paintless dent repair and made an appointment for today to go in at noon. Fully expecting I was going to get a estimate and then have to make an appointment to get it repaired he looked at it from about 20 ft away and said oh I see it already. After a quick inspection he told me what he was going to do and hold the truck into the shop and even let me loiter over him and watch him do it. Amidst some very expensive tools everything was protected he actually went through the window between the window and the sheet metal at the belt molding. If I hadn't been there jabbering with him it probably would have been a 10 minute job. While he was inside of my door he noticed one other very small dent that he said I'm going to take that one out for you too or do you like it or not! So within a period of about 30 minutes from the time I got there till the time I left my door looks absolutely perfect now. He explained the entire process which he didn't have to do and then did a quick compound and buff to remove any tool marks although I didn't see any.
