Griped in an asian language about my $20.00 tip to another worker. I used to go see them when my shoulder would seize up. Never again.

Don't waste your time or money, stopped in for a foot massage and chose to do the 30 minutes for $40... the massage was pretty awful the guy was very rough and fast. ALSO tried to charge me $10 for "Korean medicine" with the massage which was literally just like bengay or bio freeze and i didnt even ask for it.. I refused to pay for that part.. but seriously a terrible place to spend money to relax. Don't do it. read more

Do NOT go here! I had a 90 minute table massage yesterday and woke up today in terrible pain. I go Look at my back this morning and my back is completely bruised! They don't massage they use their elbows almost they entire time and eventually use their hands. I thought he was just getting some bad knots out. I didn't realize I would be so bruised and in pain the next day. The 90 minutes covered only the back I had to pay a lady to do my feet which was a rip off she barely massaged them and put lotion on them. I am so upset not only did I waste my money but I am in extreme pain now and can't even put in clothes due to the bruising ! this place needs to have their massage licenses removed! read more

My husband and I were having a date night and decided at the last minute to stop in walking by. We both did the 20 minute option. The massage was really rough, they spend part of the time trying to upsell you in your ear so you can't relax and then when I went to pay, they asked for a bigger tip! Although I do frequent this place, I only go there when I don't have time to drive to a better place. While the reflexologists provide a decent foot rub, there is no way to relax there. They talked to each other in loud voices nonstop. I've never been to a location for reflexology where there was so much chatter amongst the staff. It's like no one ever explained the appropriate etiquette to them. They even talk on their cell phones while they're doing reflexology...And they put the phone on speaker. It's ridiculous. Stopped in on my way to another engagement, asked for a 30 minute table massage. She tells me they can't offer something as short as a 30 and that I had to do a 45 or 90 because I am such a large guy. Note the sign Velo, we're clearly offers a 30 minute table massage. Mind you, 47 massage I am already paying a premium per minute above other massages. This wasn't like they were slammed busy, as there were at least two people not actively doing any type of massage, unknown how many more in the back we're not active as well. I have been several times to Ultimate Relaxation and I leave feeling so refreshed after. Various times and prices are listed outside of the door and the gentlemen that have worked on me have always been polite and kind. Does it feel a little pushy when they ask if you want more services on top of what you're getting? Yes, but all you have to say is no and enjoy what you paid for. I promise they will find pressure points in your back and feet that you didn't even know you had! It can be intense with how much they press on certain spots but all you have to do it's let them know and they will adjust. I genuinely love this place. Average massage overall, masseuse had strong hands and fingers. Price was decent, $60 for 60min massage. Store is located just inside the mall next to Dillards. The storefront is open, with no doors, so while getting the massage you will hear the mall music (which is kinda loud when you're tyring to relax) and you will hear pretty much every word of anyone taking and walking by. Issue I had is the masseuse is chinese speaking only, came across kinda rude (although he may only seem this way to me cause he doesn't speak English), and didn't ask or care what I wanted. He came into room and just started with the massge without saying a word, he did not introduce himself or ask if I wanted him to focus on any areas. At one point he used hot stones that were way too hot, I told him it was too hot and he left for awhile, not sure if he was running them under cold water or what, but I almost fell asleep while waiting for him to come back. If he even bothered to ask, I would have said I didn't want the stone massage part. Also at one point during the massage, another masseuse came into the room and started massaging my feet, after he already started massaging my feet he asked if I wanted a foot massage, I said no, then he left without saying anything. This is NOT the place for a good or relaxing table massage. I'm thinking this may be better for the 20-30min chair massage or just a foot massage for some fast relief. read more

I probably will not return. It is not the kind of place you go to if you want pampering and good customer service, but they will work the kinks and knots out. Today, I went for a 20 minute foot massage. No complaints there. Deliberately asked for 20 minutes as they always say '10 minutes more'. What got my goat is that when I went to pay I offered my card as usual. He stood back and said 'cash'. I said 'card'. He said again 'cash'. I looked at him and shrugged, he said 'cash is better'. OK. I called beforehand to ask if there were female masseuses available before buying the gift card, as my wife only feels comfortable with a female masseuse. She set up the appointment and was told after arriving, by the supposed boss that he would do the massage, as it was a gift card. No consideration was given as to whether or not she would want a female masseuse. The remark was directive in nature. As was a remark for her to take off her bra for the massage. The pushy suggestion for a higher tip at the end was also inappropriate. I would not recommend. read more

I went in for a one hour foot massage. I was told to sit down and the person that was going to massage me went to the desk to help someone else. He then started massaging. I don't know what exactly the person doing the massaging did, but I have pain in my feet and my ankles now, that I didn't have beforehand. After about 15 minutes he told me that he was sorry, but that he'd be right back. He went to help other customers and came back about 5 minutes later. Not worth it. Tried the foot massage today but instead received an expensive foot rub!

First and foremost, they barely speak any english, which makes it hard to communicate. They start your massage and then they work on adding on charges for oil, or ointment. The 1 hour table massage was $70. They tacked on an additional $15 dollars for some Tiger Balm, which I thought was included. They ended up charging me $85, and still wanted me to tip them. I told them they need to have those additional charges printed and displayed with all their other price listings. They also told me that they accepted credit card, but failed to tell me that they charge a convenience fee of $2.55. I just got fed up with it because they couldn't understand what I was saying!!! I just gave them a $5 tip, and walked out!!! What should have been an $80 massage with tip included ended costing me $92.55. There are better places to go to with better services provided for the price I paid. That's the last time I'm ever going there!!! DO NOT GO to this massage parlor!!! They will try to add in hidden charges, and play dumb with you. read more

I had a 60 minute table message, it was top notch! For the price it really can't be beat. If your looking for a spa like relaxing atmosphere you won't find that here. Located in a mall with the kids play area just in front, lots of screaming and crying. But again the hands on the gentleman that did my message was amazing! I have been here quite a few times since moving near Brandon Mall. This place is excellent in getting a quick Massage. They take their time in giving you a great massage. I have had a Table Massage, Chair Massage and Reflexology Massage. They are all terrific Massages. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone and will always come back. read more

The people at this location are very friendly and have been taught a specific technique. They have many options available. The first time I visited, I got a 20 minute chair massage. It was fantastic.
