MY purpose for going in today was because they had a Hot sauce I needed to quickly pick up. It was a very warm atmosphere... the place was decorated beautifully.... The young woman at the service counter was extremely sweet but lacked situational awareness and had difficulty multitasking. Again as sweet as can be ....but I just needed to get in and out with my purchase. The coffee shop next door is hopping so parking can get difficult in the morning.

They flooded our finished bathroom and took a chunk out of our brand new tub while inspecting the tub filler, damaged the inside our new cabinets in several spots because they didn't cover them while work was being performed, installed chipped sills on the pony walls multiple times, including the final sill that is installed now, and when it was all said and done, they repainted only half of the bathroom after their contractor botched the texturing. We have been trying to get Eva to replace the tub that they damaged for months, but she won't respond. Each day when I walk into the bathroom, I get a new reminder of how bad of a job they did. We have remodeled several homes with contractors and this was the worst experience that we have ever had.

I walk in to ask for an order update and 1 piece had been previously delivered to the store and the 2nd had arrived that day. Again, no communication items had been received. I ask for previous email to be sent to my email for review and emphasize that IF we were going to invest in a steam shower we would have to order asap as the shower is currently demoed. AGAIN NO email. I did consider staying until I received the infamous email, but thought I was overreacting. So much for buying local. She was about to head to lunch (which I found out later) when I arrived at 130PM, and we didn't finish until after 7. First of all, I had no idea what I was doing. I was avoiding this day like the plague! The process was incredibly smooth, and step by step we began to build the registry. Gina was honest, straightforward and extremely knowledgeable, so much so that by the end of the day I was simply telling her to pick whatever she thought was best within our parameters. Second, I've never had such a great experience in a BBB or any store like it. I hate shopping, but registering? Ugh! This process is often tedious, but she made it fun. She rode the waves of my emotions instead of getting frustrated like a rookie. I understand that this is supposed to be a review for BBB, not Gina, so I must say that the rest of the staff was helpful as well. When you spend half a day in a store, you see a lot.
