Great presentation w/ brochures & during inspection , gave me lots of samples , color ideas and references. Very professional, clean, and reasonably priced. We had a few roof leaks from the storm the week before. I was worried we wouldn't get an installation and repair quick... I was wrong When the owner , Richie did his initial walk-through, he even patched the damaged roof area at no charge - Not even knowing if we were going with him , he did that on the goodness of his heart once we chose Ultimate Roofing ( out of 6 Quotes), he started the next day! Great job done by Ultimate roofing. Richie came out for an estimate of new roof and gutters. I watched his guys do two houses across the street from me and was very impressed with there work so I got his number from my neighbors. Very happy with the estimate and agreed with the price. That was on Monday material was delivered that Friday and Richie stopped by with the permit checked the order and told me that his crew would be there Saturday morning. They arrived around 7 moved any items close by the house that was in the way and started there work. They finished in the afternoon put everything back that they moved earlier his foreman came to the door an let me know that they were all done. What a great crew he has and a job well done. Waited for city inspection so they could install gutters and downspouts another job well done the installer asked me about the downspouts in which angle for the water flow. When finished we walked around the house to look at the work they did. Overall the work done by Ultimate between roof and gutters was great I would definitely recommend them. read more

We had a complete roof tear off and two skylights replaced about a week ago in Wilmette. It was a large roofing job and Richie had a crew of 5 to 6 men to get the job done. Crew was on the job at 7 AM and worked until dusk. They were professional and worked well together. It took them 3 days to complete the work. We were sure it would take longer, but they started on a Thursday morning and were done by Saturday evening. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day. We didn't find any nails laying around. We think the roof looks great and we think Ultimate Roofing did a wonderful job. It has since rained and we haven't encountered any issues. We realize the winter will be the true test, but feel secure about our new roof's integrity and Ultimate's roof guarantee. Richie walked the roof before our final payment and he was sure to check that our downspouts were clutter free. He provided a thorough and detailed contract along with his pricing. Our manufactured home in Manteno was in need of a new roof after several severe windstorms had stripped numerous shingles from it.
