Chad kept us informed every step of the way, from what work was being done, to the estimates completion date. When he showed up for the estimate, he gave us some options, took some measurements and we had a written estimate before he left. From approving the estimate to the materials showing up was only two weeks! The crew (Andy and Jack) showed up every day ready to work and did so tirelessly until the end of each day. They asked great questions to make sure nothing got damaged or misplaced, and the finished product was better that we had hoped! All scrap was removed and our yard was left in great condition. They decided decided to charge me a restock fee, once i had decided to changed my mind , which had only been several days, i was never told about restocking fee if i did change my mind, nor did they state that i would have only up until a certain time once they came out and i would be charged a restocking fee. They never stated that in the paperwork that i signed, all i signed was a estimate cost showing how much to work would cost. Now they are charging me $85 for a restock fee, Companies like this should not be allowed to be in business, because they prey on people who already don't have money, so that they can make money, they also said that they would put a lean on my home if i didn't pay the re stock fee. THIS IS RAT AND ROACH MINDED MENTITALITY COMPANY. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANYBODY TO DO BUSINESS WHITH THEM.

He brought a ton of samples of different materials, recommendations for different types of materials under there shingles and brought pages and pages of references of happy customers. We have a very high pitch roof and the work he did was simply amazing. We have a new house from the gutter to the ridge. His team even took time to paint our vents to match the roof color. This is an example of the attention to detail that Angelo and his crews take pride in doing for their customers. The entire job took a day and a half to complete and there wasn't a piece of garbage, shingles, nails (you name it) on the ground. They protected my landscape, my windows, my doors and anything that could potentially be damaged by removing shingles. Angelo also met with my contractor who was doing some work with me in my backyard to ensure that our roof was protected from ice dams in the winter, etc. He has that kind of foresight and will stand behind his work. I cannot recommend High Point Roofing more. Stop your search and go with the best - he really exceeded expectations from start to finish and I would use him again in a heartbeat!
