Overheard the employee telling the car ahead of me who was also complaining about the express lane always being closed that they close it off as it "causes too many problems". So not a mechanical problem but rather an issue the employees don't want to deal with This is part of the fee paid and not getting the value anymore. express lane still not open. after last review the manager called and said it was a wire issue and it was open. Blatant lie. went an hour later and closed off. been 3 more times and closed each. ask the employe at the gate and he said it is easier to have people complain about it being closed than have to deal with it being open. cannot support a business that blatantly lies to its customer. this lane is part of the price you are paying. I gave them one more chance but will cancel at end of billing cycle. read more

Legitimately the best wash I ever been to!! I got the unlimited wash monthly. worth it! I switched from another spot a few months ago and now come all the way from hurricane just to wash here. They have many extras, not found at other competitor companies.. example the full service mat/ carpet shampoo & dryer combo machine. The Employees/ service are always on point and really helpful if needed. Especially Brandon, gentlemen seems to be a heavy asset to the team! read more

DO NOT USE THEM. I would give a negative star. I have had two family members where the employee at the kiosk keys your service into the pad and enters a monthly membership without disclosing to you. It will show up on your card each month. They will not give your money back. They are scamming people on purpose. It is sad this local business has resorted to a fraudulent business practice. It is Disgusting a local business will take your hard-earned money via scam, in person. He did not tell me about the reoccurring charge that would be added to my debit card every month. So when I realized the charge and tried to dispute it they are giving me the run around for a refund. read more

when they open a new location it's great but after a couple months of not maintaining anything your lucky if your car makes it all the way through the wash. kanawha city only sprays soap half the time and the floor mat cleaner outside hasn't worked for months. most vacuum hoses are clogged and cleaning towels if there are any are filthy read more

we went through the wash and on one side of the car, the guy never even sprayed the side/back. he was on his phone. we paid good money for a bad "wash." the whole right side and back of my car is still filthy. won't be going back. read more

When this location in KC first opened it was phenomenal, now, a year later, not so much. Seems to be hit and miss lately, your car may get clean and it may not. Several times I've came out with black grease splattered all over the side of my car and literally had to scrub with a towel (clean from my trunk bc the towels here are never clean, always disgusting) and glass cleaner to get it off. And no, not tires shine because I tell them when going thru to turn that off (even tho my acct has a note on it saying no tire shine I still have to tell them bc they never take the time to read the note). I upgraded my plan to the Ultimate Ceramic a few months ago and the buffer at the exit has worked maybe twice and has yet to ever touch my windshield, it usually touches my car about halfway across my roof if even then. I love that it's unlimited with the plan but, it would be loved even more if the wash worked as it should. Idk if the equipment is just not being cleaned and maintained or what but it's becoming more and more of a disappointment with each visit. One should not pay for a car wash and then have to essentially wash their car with towels once through the wash because so much dirt left. A wash that was at one time the best one to come. To Charleston has now turned it into just another take the money and run establishment, meaning you pay for a service, and then cross your fingers, say a prayer and hold your breath til the end to see if you actually got what you paid for. read more

Fabulous car wash! Have been using this particular wash since it open last year. Always good clean, always receptive people. Have had the top-tier car wash membership since it opened. The initial price is less expensive than the month-to-month price... However, they do disclose this when you sign up. Read all the material before signing up for some thing... Definitely recommend this car wash! read more

Beware of the scam whereby they auto-renew your card and charge you a ridiculous amount after your first month- which they don't tell you about. Don't return calls regarding billing or refunds... nice setup, but beware of charges showing up you did not authorize! read more
