I took my car there Friday to get the sticker and was failed for every single little thing possible. Some of the things included tires and bulbs so I let them put in the bulbs. When I got home I noticed the right side low beam wasn't working at all and worked perfectly before. So I take it back in today and Travis tells me well we only changed the right side low beam you'll have to wait and we'll look at it. Which is the exact thing no longer working so then I'm told "I'm not sure it may be the switch". So I take it to Monroe's and they tell me it's not the switch it's the wiring and they'll take a better look tomorrow but now I will not be able to get my sticker, even after spending 2 grand. Thankfully Monroe's is replacing all 4 ball joints that Britt tires failed me on for the sticker, considering as something so simple as a bulb went wrong. Not only that but Travis insisted on ordering me the cheapest tires, master tracks. A very very nice employee named brad suggested better tires for the same price and Travis scolded him right in-front of me saying no I said to just order her the master tracks. We both were in shock the way Travis acted about it and I said well someone is miserable... So miserable that I'm questioning the inspection and most of all I'm wondering why I couldn't get help fixing the issue he created. Instead he chose to be rude to me a third time, costed me thousands and made it to where I still cannot get a sticker. Don't go here you will regret it.

Plus, I don't have to go there anymore in-as-much as my car is no longer under factory warranty. Anyway, my beloved Karlie (Kia Optima) was rattling, shaking and making weird noises. Travis, and his team at Brit, were genuinely kind, patient to explain and answered all of my questions. I was totally comfortable leaving my car with them. Later in the day Travis called and explained what needed done and how much it was going to cost. I was aware that it needed several repairs, therefore I knew it was going to cost a bit. My instincts told me that I could trust him 100%, so I had no qualms paying a fair price for, what I just knew, was going to be quality work. And I was not disappointed. When I collected my car and drove away, I almost cried for joy. She rides beautifully...I am so very happy!!! I've just been driving around town for no reason other than the pure joy of driving. Made a 9:00 a.m. appointment on a Saturday. It took longer than expected, but overall it was a…read moredecent experience. I went in because our Jeep Patriot was making a squeaky noise when backing up. They ended up replacing the rotors, brake pads, etc.--$2,000+ and about 7.5 hours later, it was finished. The drive home was fine, but by Monday morning the squeak was still there. I called NTB, and they had me bring it back the next day. After waiting about 30-40 minutes, two mechanics checked everything over and said it all looked good, at least from a safety standpoint. We stopped using the emergency/parking brake, and the noise went away immediately. At this point, I'm guessing it's just an older Jeep thing and occasional noises are "normal."
