Drove my truck Cross Lanes to Dunbar and yes it wasn't running as it should so that's why I took it there. A week later they called me and said the truck need just a tune up I didn't think that was the problem but anyway it got a 854 dollar tune up. I pick it up and after the 854 dollar tune up it ran exactly the way it did when I dropped it off. I turned around brought the truck right back and said it still runs the same. So definitely didn't need a tuneup. It's an older truck so after putting 854 dollars in it I didn't want to put more money in it. So they tried something else and it still didn't fix it. So I'm out 854 dollars for repairs with no offer to refund any of my money. Here's the part that's unbelievable when I pick it up ran worse then when I took it in. Remember I drove it from Cross Lanes to Dunbar. It ran so bad I barely got it to cross the track at Westmoreland. It ran so bad after the 854 dollar tune up that I couldn't go fast enough to drive on Dunbar Ave I had get it WV Ave. I made it as far as 17th and it quit. So when I finally got it somebody who knew what they were doing found out my new distributor cap was tightened to tight and was cracked the one paid 854 dollars in the tune up and two plug wires were on the wrong cylinder. Their tester showed it was miss firing on 5 out 6 cylinders. So now I'm paying someone else to fix my truck. So it's a 854 dollar reason never take your vehicle there.

I took my car to have a wheel bearing fixed. They fixed it and changed the brakes for me (they…read moredidn't charge me for the brakes nor the service for that because the first wheel bearing was a bad bearing). So 2 weeks later my back brakes and rotors needed changed. So we took the car back and they found it was also the caliper....so they just charged us for the caliper, and service for the caliper and service for the brakes. The rotors were changed free of charge, we just had to buy the rotors. They also put my wipers on for me without charging me. The mechanic rode with my boyfriend so he could show them the noises we were hearing before we took the car in. Amazing people and prices!!! Fast service too

I usually purchase tires at halls but I was in a hurry and Ron's car clinic had what I needed in stock . Wow, I wish I would have waited . Shortest story is he made no effort to take care of his product he sold me . 5 days after install, the side wall developed a knot (blow out) right on the rim . He immediately blamed it on me for hitting something. He insisted the car be driven home then back the next day so he could sell me another tire . After telling him it wasn't safe to drive and the car would be taken to halls tires to have it replaced, he threw a new one on temporarily. Ok, good. At least it's not going to blow out and wreck me on the round trip back . Next day, new tire installed at more than the original price of the one I just bought a few days ago and no accountability for the defective tire. He put zero effort into customer care and did not conduct business in a professional manner throughout our entire transaction. Buyers beware; he will send you out with overinflated tires and suggest an unsafe vehicle is OK to drive. Also, check your torque. In other words, take your business elsewhere.

Do NOT take your car here to get a sticker, this entire ordeal has cost me thousands & I still…read morecannot get my sticker. I took my car there Friday to get the sticker and was failed for every single little thing possible. Some of the things included tires and bulbs so I let them put in the bulbs. When I got home I noticed the right side low beam wasn't working at all and worked perfectly before. So I take it back in today and Travis tells me well we only changed the right side low beam you'll have to wait and we'll look at it. Which is the exact thing no longer working so then I'm told "I'm not sure it may be the switch". So I take it to Monroe's and they tell me it's not the switch it's the wiring and they'll take a better look tomorrow but now I will not be able to get my sticker, even after spending 2 grand. Thankfully Monroe's is replacing all 4 ball joints that Britt tires failed me on for the sticker, considering as something so simple as a bulb went wrong. Not only that but Travis insisted on ordering me the cheapest tires, master tracks. A very very nice employee named brad suggested better tires for the same price and Travis scolded him right in-front of me saying no I said to just order her the master tracks. We both were in shock the way Travis acted about it and I said well someone is miserable... So miserable that I'm questioning the inspection and most of all I'm wondering why I couldn't get help fixing the issue he created. Instead he chose to be rude to me a third time, costed me thousands and made it to where I still cannot get a sticker. Don't go here you will regret it.

I was…read morementally exhausted from the delays and sub-par work at the dealership (which used to be awesome). Plus, I don't have to go there anymore in-as-much as my car is no longer under factory warranty. Anyway, my beloved Karlie (Kia Optima) was rattling, shaking and making weird noises. Travis, and his team at Brit, were genuinely kind, patient to explain and answered all of my questions. I was totally comfortable leaving my car with them. Later in the day Travis called and explained what needed done and how much it was going to cost. I was aware that it needed several repairs, therefore I knew it was going to cost a bit. My instincts told me that I could trust him 100%, so I had no qualms paying a fair price for, what I just knew, was going to be quality work. And I was not disappointed. When I collected my car and drove away, I almost cried for joy. She rides beautifully...I am so very happy!!! I've just been driving around town for no reason other than the pure joy of driving.
