I would go in for an oil change and Bill would go over my vehicle like it was his own first car. He would check everything. Make recomendations, tell me what needed attention right away and what I should keep an eye on. Never tried to upsell me, always knew what the best replacment part was and would tell me why. The service is fantastic, always reasonable and if there is something that he doesn't do, he will recommend the place to take it and get it done right. I just saw a 1 star review from someone who is mad because he doesn't do a specific service. Thats like complaining about an Italian Resturant cause they don't make Big Mac's. I can highly recomend Prior Service here because I highly recomend him to all my friends and family. I will also say this. If you own a Jeep and you don't know Bill, your not a real Jeeper! I litteraly bought my first Jeep because of Bill and never looked back!

He's probably the only mechanic I actually feel the need to give MORE money to, just because I feel like he's not charging me enough. He is sometimes hard to get ahold of , but that is b/c his shop is very small and I believe he is the only mechanic there. The only other drawback is that he doesn't mess with anything having to do with computerized problems- emissions, inspections, check engine lights, etc. But for brakes, a muffler, or pretty much anything in that department, George is my man.

I took my car here because my AC was not blowing much cold air....just coolish air....and I did not want to be taken by anybody to find out the real issue of the problem.... We made an appointment and showed up on time. I explained the issue and I left the car. About 4 hours later, they called me telling me that they had filled the system with freon since it was low on freon and they gave me a total price. My husband said that in the past, Jim would call before any repairs with an estimate to make sure the customer was OK with the path forward...this time, I just got the work done without any previous chance to "think about it". I arrived, got my car and paid....when I saw my credit card receipt, I noticed that the charge was higher than what I was quoted....I was then told that any credit card charge incurs a 4% extra processing fee... I was just surprised by the lack of transparency. Who walks around with hundreds or thousands of dollars in their wallet??? I think the best is to quote the credit card price and tell the customer that they offer a 4% discount if paid in cash.....

Absolute criminals. My fiance took her jeep there to fix a noise. The first visit, they did a bunch…read moreof work on it that we were not given a work order for or approved of in any way. The bill came to over $1000. The car also needed to stay the night when they originally said it would be ready in time. After it finally being ready after a 2 hour wait the following day, the noise still wasn't fixed. She was told to bring the car back another day and they would fix it for free and it would take two hours. It was finished right before close, she was charged over $300 for yet another part she never approved for, and guess what? It's still making the noise. This is the worst mechanic we've ever encountered. Stay. Away. Seriously. Terrible business, terrible mechanics, terrible people.
