He told me that he knew Joe well and that he would take good care of me with my rental apartment in Encinitas. I'm very glad I called Joe. He eliminated some problems I had with cat odors from a stray cat who had wandered in and sprayed two rooms and three mattresses. The work he did cleaning the mattresses alone probably saved me several hundred dollars. He also cleaned and deodorized all of the carpets including some soiled areas. We needed our carpet cleaned as my young son had peed on the carpet in his room. (Why? Who knows why young kids do things like that). I highly recommend Joe & Danny Carafa and their company, Ultrabrite. They came today to clean and seal my tile. The tile grout was filthy and they made it look like brand new. They sealed it when they were done, and even gave me care instructions for my maid to keep the tile bright and the grout clean. I was so impressed with their friendliness and work ethic that I will ask them back to clean my carpet and upholstery because I am confident it will be done right. We called to make an appointment to come clean our home for the next day, and they said it would probably be next week they could come out (which would have totally been fine with us) but when they knew our address they were already doing a house right next door to us the same day we wanted them out, so they said they could just get our house clean too at the same time!
