BOTCHED ALTERATIONS The owner/manager charged my daughter $100 to hem a satin gown which turned out 1/2 shorter in the front than she pinned. The back was cut even shorter than the front! A side panel was cut unevenly with one corner of the panel dragging on the floor. Her solution was to stretch the back with heat, to hem the side panel again and refused to give any refund for the botched job. Never again! read more

I am still a customer, still love Ultra Cleaners but now I have lived here longer. This is a great dry cleaner. Where else can you take a king sized UGG comforter and not only have it cold water washed and tumbled air dried but have it returned to you folded in a zippered vinyl bag you can store it in on shelf in closet until next winter! They are NOT expensive. Not sure where these other people BUY clothes that they think $4 to wash and press a shirt is expensive. Wash and press ten of your own shirts one afternoon and you will change your mind, lol. I appreciate a good dry cleaner and so will you! read more

Cleaners shrunk my comforter by 10" in width. Barely reaches the side of the bed now. Called to advise and was told to bring it in and they will make it right. When I brought it in... they backpedaled and insisted that they only steamed the comforter and it could NOT POSSIBLY have been shrunk by them. I'm like...."don't think it shrank in my vehicle!" I advised I cannot accept their response and requested to see their business license/occupancy permit so I know who to serve... at which point they refused. For the record... in my younger days I owned a dry clean pickup and delivery business and subcontracted the actual cleaning to several third parties. I am acutely familiar with this drill of DENY DENY DENY. In this instance it's 100% verifiably their fault and I will pursue this win or lose. read more

When I used budget cleaners clothes would come back with little rips and tears or buttons missing. This is where Ultra cleaners is worth their weight in gold as they always take care with our clothes. We have many custom suits and other clothing that need special care. Fast, affordable, and quality work. I brought in three dress shirts to be laundered. They had them ready for me within 36 hours, pressed, and with that little plastic support on the collar button. Only $3 a shirt. I'm wearing one right now and it feels great. It was busy around noon but they've got enough staff to get you in and out without wasting time in line. This establishment has ridiculous prices. They wanted $55 just to press a queen size duvet cover and $20 apiece to do standard shams. This cover and shams are cotton with no embellishments. I took it to summit cleaners and they charged me $15 to press the duvet cover and three dollars per sham. Ultra Cleaners is overpriced. read more

The one star is only because of the quick turnaround. Otherwise I would not have given them any stars. They are ridiculously expensive and most of my clothing was returned with stickers indicating they could not remove the stains. Very poor service.
